lil weasel
Whose bright idea was it it to legalize guns in America anyway?Actually you have it backwards. Who's idea is it to make weapons unlawful? The Constitution was written to Limit the powers of the Federal Government. Not those of the States and the People. johnny_zoo
Whose bright idea was it it to legalise guns in America anyway? The same people whose idea it was to kick out the British And it will never change because they revere those guys like they can do no wrong. Just changing the constitution/amendments today would seem like breaking the law. Or taking away a vital freedom which would harm them personally. In fact the total opposite would occur gun violence would go down exponentially. Just because it was a long time ago doesn't mean it can't be wrong. johnny_zoo
Umm its obvious, if fewer guns were in stores across America like its groceries then people cannot get a hold of them so easily. People have to kill with samurais instead.

People have to kill with samurais instead. It's really not that simple, but let's not have yet another debate on gun control. Clem Fandango
My opinion, guns aren't really the problem in America, it's the all around mental health of the country. So what your saying is, if we just make everyone have great mental health, we won't need any reasonable, relatively unintrusive restrictions on gun sales? While I suppose that's factually accurate, I'm not sure it's sound policy.
