I also agree that they should do some sort of deal where you trade in your copy for a next gen copy but only pay half the price. I still wouldn't mind paying though. If they are just releasing a graphical upgrade bundled without anything worth then I'm not buying it till prices drop. If the DLC's are bundled with the game, I'll wait for the reviews and then decide regardless of the price. If they announced anything significant content wise and plenty of improvements beyond graphical bullsh*t then I'll go for the instant buy on release. For me who have experienced the prev. titles before, I certainly find it disappointing; not hate since I'm PC player, and with the fresh release in mind, why not? I want to keep my PS3 copy I already paid for, along with my PS3 and its savegames. You know, for the good 'ole times. Fun fact: when PS4 versions are abundant to buy used, the PS3 versions will be like 5 bucks, and then Imma buy 2-3 of them for the sake of it.
