A reminder, according to Steams Hardware Survey of February 2015, only 0.5% of all users are actually running 4k, meanwhile 1080p and under covers 95.5% of all users. 1080p60 would be better to show the game.

You would need a very very recent graphics card to decode that on Youtube though. Google f*cked the codecs up on Youtube for older (AMD 6xxx-7xxx series) graphics cards, as I can watch 4K 60 FPS just fine in VLC with GPU acceleration. That said, I don't think they'll go that far, the video would be huge to host on their site too.

if tesselation is done by what the cpu thinks the damage or shadow effect should be, doesn't that mean that another persons computer might have a different shaped bullet hole for example in gta online.
