i dont have optical drive and can't install from dvd..

buy it on steam or in store with digital downloading options

No, you won't be able to do this. Physical version can be installed only from game discs. Steam version only downloaded.

 

Other side i don't know how people will download game if they purchased on warehouse site. It's the digital download too

Every time there was a hands on demo for the press they said something along the lines of "next video might be up at a different time keep an eye on our twitter" well they said the same thing today which means that we're getting press previews next week and possibly more.

i dun rlly think someone in R* plays at this hour

The chances of another delay in less than 2 weeks are very very low.
