No, R* has never done anything like that before (I mean live streaming gamplay of an unreleased game)

unreleased on the pc platform yes but not unreleased so there would be no spoiler's only thing it would serve as in them saying to everyone "look the game is done and works well.look forward to the 14th"

 

Again im only speculating after all what else is there to do? with the R* news feed being starved of pc info

yesterday they changed that package to the name of ShetLand Pony Beta-Testing, im sure u understand what that meant

I just came up with something. Maybe they updated that Shetland Pony package with a final build of game (with this one difference that is contains some tools especially for testing). Even released game can have a special build only for tests .

But what if that means that this was the final package of the game and they updated it on Steam ? Why would they put "this package is in store" there all of a sudden ? It's been there for months obviously.

Any day except for weekends. Tuesday is only people's assumptions, because they usualy do so, but it's not a rule since the last couple of PC news were posted on Friday
