I think that's just something the wrote there cause R* hasn't confirmed anything yet. In the other amazon sites the don't mention steam.
Anyway I think they have different RGSC CD-Keys just like the steam subid for tier1,2,3

If it is for steam, they would send the steam key immediately (also according to the avaible steam subID we see from steamDB)

So I think that the Steam version only buyable from steam store is confirmed, all the rest is RGSC only.

There most likely won't be one, because it looks like they already posted everything about heists and there's a livestream today in 2 and half hours so.

In this case (lack of ordinary posts) we may have the chance to see something tomorrow. I would say that if they pull info, it means that there are news coming.

They basically added the string for Steam to know it will be only available on Windows. Late enough?

There's quite an interesting pattern in these players too, everyday by 17:00 GMT/13:00 EST/10:00 PST they just stop working. This is probably just North doing stuff to the Steam version, as it makes most sense for them to stop in the evening.

I remember that Lazlow has read a comment on twitch that said "GTA V PC will be Mac OSX exclusive" and then laughed with the other host.

That was on Flight School DLC live stream, 3 weeks before game got delayed to 27 January...

it might be meant they start ''real work'' on steam but this change numbers, its all about steam version and its not whole gta v pc version
