It would mean nothing if there was 10 PC's at the Main Menu screen with no one doing anything...

 

Talking about Main Menu, what do you guys think about it?

A transparent background showing some of the graphics with Michael/Franklin/Trevor in the background like MP3

Or like GTA IV showing a artwork, something simpler?

Like Mp3 would be better. GTA 4 Menu was too simple and plain ugly.

 

GTAIV's menu was fine. It's a menu, it doesn't have to look good. It just has to be intuitive, which GTAIV's menu was.

 

A menu doesn't have to look good? Ouff. Maybe in 2008, but right now in 2015? I expect more, at least more than a permanent niko bellic image and a black bar at the bottom.

Max Payne 3 had a pretty menu, I think there's nothing to worry about. GTA IV's menu was probably a one man job, given the PC port had a measly 50 people working on it.

Yes, you can make up to two characters.

I don't think that it'll be on Steam. Probably RGSC, like Max Payne 3, GTA IV and L.A. Noire.

Nah, they're selling both physical and digital versions of the game. So it's possible that instead of taking some extra effort, they used the same description for both.
