Steam version will unlock at the same time all over the world. But when will be able to play who bought the usual non-steam version? They do not need to wait until the game files will be decrypted and unlocked. The game on the disc must be finished. Surely some people will earn somewhere disk a few days before the release. So how do you think they will be able to play before the release? Or even April 14, but a few hours before the release on Steam?

No, it will be region locked on Steam and released by Timezone. Consoles did it, so there is no reason why Steam cannot do it as well.

Like I stated earlier, there could be a slight chance there are previews going on, and R* is inviting certain guests to check out the PC version.

 

But, now that you stated how they are putting out the news very fast, it could possibly mean the Video Editor trailer is coming out soon, but who knows.

That's 21 weeks (147 days) of extra polish so far.

Fun fact, GTA V PC has been delayed for longer than PS3/X360 version was. Spring 2013 turned to September 17, but Rockstar said new date is about 4 months later than previously planned.

PC version will be out over 5 months after PS4 and Xbox One version. 19 months after PS3/X360 version or 23 months if it wasn't for PS3/X360 delay.

Something is definitely happening, whether it is good or not still remains to be seen. I will keep my mind and opinion set at 'curious' and await developments.

 

We should find out the results of this soon with another Newswire Post, until then we can only speculate, or let the pessimism wash over us, depending on what thread you read in this forum....

i seen only they're forces that Steam build progress a bit, sure it just opinion
