Just to remind you guys, the last delay announcement was 4 weeks away from the release date, hope that's not the case tomorrow...

You know, we'd be better off without the fear mongering and pessimism.

I do believe, however, if we don't get another delay tomorrow, there won't be another one.

 

 

I think we have to clear the 20-day mark. After that I think we should be good. That's all my opinion though. It's not fact, so I don't want to see anyone quoting me saying "WE'RE NOT AT 20 DAY MARK DELAY IS POSSIBLE #BELIEVEINDELAYS

 

Actually, we have to clear the 14 day mark. Which means if they don't announce a delay on or before the 31st, there will be no delay. Steam's EULA specifically states that a publisher must give two weeks or more notice prior to delaying a title that is available for preorder.

And here I am reminiscing of the old Newswire days, when they made a Newswire to talk with us, even posted several news articles every day during the EFLC/IV/RDR/LA Noire hype, sometimes about even both games at the same time, and interacted with almost everyone in the comments no holds barred.

Good times from Rockstar.

 

Now we're stuck looking at Steam API data to know what is going on with the PC version of V. Great.

OMG, no f*cking way o_O WHY, GOD ???

 

30 FPS on those high-end systems they put as recommended specs (i7 CPU, so on) is bullsh*t.... it's NOT FAIR... I don't want to play the game at a console's FPS level... :( I CANNOT f*ckING BELIEVE THIS... So even if we have the highest-end specs available, we'll play The Witcher 3 at ~30 FPS? :(((((((( CD Projekt broke my heart... f*ckING DEVS... I HATE THEM NOW.

 

I wanted 60 FPS... I'm a PC gamer, not a console one. (And I have a high-end system for nowadays' games).... f*ck THIS !!!

Don't worry, I've replied to him on Steam instead, he's even worse than I thought, he hasn't even played Max Payne 1 & 2 and refuses to do so because they "look dated" and tries not to play games before 2005, and doesn't want to play 2D games, etc, yet insist he's a "true gamer". Either I'm getting Old or I'm right in thinking he's just a Graphics Whore.

How am I worse / bad? o_O I'm just a gamer who has different preferences than you. Does that make me an odd guy? (No) o_O I don't like retro games & games with out-dated graphics. I am not used to them, sorry. I started gaming with 3D games. Even so, I am still a gamer. And no, I don't like CoD series (only the first 2 ones).

 

Anyway, I'm shocked that you consider me like that. It's just gaming preference. Nothing else. If we don't share the same gaming tastes, does that mean I'm stupid / or you're stupid? Hell, no.

Oh wow, that was a huge update. If only Valve allowed us to see the package names again. Either way, a whole new build of the game (full) has been pushed into Valve's servers it seems! This may be a good sign.

Edit: The other 3 new packages are Tier 3 of the preorder. They're region locked.
