As far as I know, every game on Steam unlocks at the same time for everyone.

At least they didn't delay it... yet.

 

I'm more interested by the changelog, stuff like this:

- Pointing animations have been added to allow players to give basic directions if they do not have microphones.

- The first page will display only Jobs of the same type you just finished playing, including a “Random” option. For example, if you just finished playing Rooftop Rumble, only Missions will appear on the new first page, and you will have a “Random Mission” option.

or it will be 65 GB and Heist will download via free update on steam and sc

Well I didn't expect to have such a great feeling when Heists just went live. It's almost even to the PC version wait so it feels good that this is finaly over.

 

And man, look at that changelog,how many times the word "Fixed ..." is used in it. Great to see that the PC version is gonna be free of all those bugs.

 

They also cheered me up mentioning PC and the date in the article once again. It's good that they are talking about it, because we can say when there is silence, delay chance is getting stronger.

 

But no, I think it is safe to say that April 14-th is the final date. Now when Heists are out, give it a week or two (snapmatic crap articles and fanmade videos from the update) and you'll see they are gonna release more and more articles about PC only, including the video editor showcase (my bet end of March) and the PC trailer - my bet is 2 weeks before release as this was their nextgen hype starting point. I still remember IGN nextgen week, FPS showcase video and lots of information. This will be the same.

 

We're almost there, for real now. April 14-th. #Hype.

Yeah, I'm staying away from GTA videos, as well as newswire. Successfully been avoiding spoilers since 2013 so why should I spoil it for me 1 month away from the release (the fourth time)

im watching my Little sister who is Playing heists right now on xbox one... Seems to be fun but im not a Big online Fan...

i might be wrong but it seems like graphics are improved with The heist Update on xbone, less jaggies better shadows but as i said ... Maybe placebo

I noticed a few days ago that GTA Online graphics seemed to be better than the SinglePlayer.

Especially with the jaggies.
