Yep I agree, the SAVE FILE should be saved on the CLOUD like in every modern game, so when you reinstall windows your save will be downloaded back (looking at you R*)

Reason they were removed was because the license expired, i already installed a patch so i got them back xD plus patch works in steam (and no, i didnt created a non steam game shortcut, just click gta sa normally in steam and u play the patch right away)

It's not just the songs... you can get the songs back with a simple downgrade.

 

First of all the issues:

-No 1080p support (Not available with downgraded version)

-HORRIBLE mouse support (Changing mouse sensitivity only changes horizontal sensitivity while vertical sensitivity stays the same)

-HORRIBLE controller support (The controller support in the newest Steam version is pretty good, though)

-The game's physics gets screwy as the frames go higher, so you're really forced to limit the frames to 30...

-BUT THE FRAME LIMITER IS BROKEN TOO (Enabling it limits the frames at a shaky 23-25 with a lot of input lag) (Once you get it to work at a super stable 30FPS, it's perfectly fine... even better if you can limit it to 60FPS with a mod since the physics are fine at 60FPS too)

 

As for missing features from the PS2 version, there isn't anything big, it more of missing graphical details and parked vehicles.

dun forget that if u have frame limiter off u cant swim properly so bassicaly u cant do a bunch of missions just because of GTA SA New update bugs, srsl.. everytime i do those missions i need to put frame limiter on and do the mission at 25 fps (frame limiter off: 60fps+)
