The shop i work at (germany) also got some of those ad boards and case displays now, the supplier confirmed a delivery on 26th for the game itself.

 

Its definitely not delayed.

To be honest, I think he might be kinda right. I'm pretty sure we will still get the system requirements and possibly a launch trailer. But what else could they possibly show? I'm not expecting them to update the PC textures from the next-gen consoles anyways (since they both got announced/worked on at the same time) - and obviously other than higher fps and resolution - , and if we would like to see those then there are already plenty of videos out there.

Rockstar probably just doesn't want to release information too early, because they just don't have much to announce (other than the system requirements). That's probably why they waited so long, because otherwise everything would be quiet for a very long time. Remember the time it took to get more information after trailer 1 got released. It took almost as long as what we, the PC gamers, are waiting for now.

 

I don't say I like it, but that's probably the reason behind it if you ask me.

Ok, I too can confirm that there are banners all over the local store on my country too. Just visited a few hours back and posters hanging all over the place. The guy at the shop said that the publisher asked them to begin marketing in full force. Guess the game isn't delayed then? I can rest in peace now.

Really happy to hear that, and to see all the pictures of banners from other countries. From now on the marketing for the PC version will be on full throttle.

Also, don't get disappointed for no news today, there was a possibility for something today but tomorrow has to be the day.
