I am huge fan of Rockstar and their games myself, but I just can't stand when people are still using GTA IV as a bad example. It was 7 years ago.

Guys, I have a funny story to tell for all of you. Some of you might remember when like 2 or 3 years ago there was this guy who said that he was an insider from Rockstar and gave a bunch of information about GTA V. At the time we knew absolutely nothing about the game, but the guy told us that there will be 3 main playable characters and actually named 2/3 characters - Franklin, Trevor and he said the 3rd would be Albert, but as we found out later, it was Michael. I can't remember exactly what he said but he gave us a really huge amount of info and most of it was true, yet no one believed him at the time. Some time passed and when we actually got some info some people remembered him and said "Damn, that guy was right". Believe me, I am not making this up, this really happened but I think most of you won't remember it, because most of you joined not so long ago.

 

And yeah, I know I shouldn't believe everything I see or hear on internet, but since THAT happened... I started thinking a bit different. I mean, who would have thought that some guy who joined these forums minutes ago would give us real information, even if we didn't know it was real then. I am not saying that you should all go and believe that, but remember that it already happened once or even more (this is the only time I remember something like that happened).

They posted Max Payne requirements, screens and preorder info on monday, back in 2012 so...

Nope, atleast nothing interesting, most of the business press releases happen on tuesdays and thursdays. But for R* it can happen any day of the week, but there is a pattern you can detect regarding the days on which they release info.

That was a very crazy moment, all the games appearing and nothing of Grand Theft Auto V...

Then after MGS: V depressing trailer... BOOM. =D

Yeah i also remember that day, i think it was 10th of june during E3. It was almost 3 or 4 am here in europe but i watched the live stream till the end and it was a great moment when the GTA V next gen trailer was shown, it was also a very stressful period for me because i was graduating, just a great feeling and the best gift for my graduation

In the meantine i play mgs V ground zeroes, damn what a beautiful and optimized game for PC, let's hope that GTA V won't disappoint with the performance and graphics, but i'm sure it won't!
