Well if the Media Markt started advertising GTA V for PC you can can be almost 100% sure that it will come the 27th of january, Media Markt is Europe's largest electronics retailer and it's the second largest in the world after Best Buy, so they have credibility when they say such stuff or they start advertising it. It's a multi-billion dollar company, so yeah. I mean i'm quite sure their distribution centers are in direct contact with the publishers.

These screens don't prove sh*t (and look like sh*t), and are obviously from PS4 or Xbox One. Just look at all the aliasing + these images seem upscaled.

 

And that cease and desist is EASILY faked (and letter from a law company with Rockstar logo on it, sent by email on top of that...ROFL)

Tips to make a more believable forgery:

1.) Use a more professional typeface (like Apple Garamond).
2.) Law firms would put the logo of their firm up at the top of a letter, not the logo of a client company (due to trademark restrictions). Being a legal firm, they'd know not to make such a boot mistake as this.
3.) Use proper grammar.
