See this kiddies? This is legit. We have these at EB Games in Canada as well. They are direct from Rockstar promotional material, which means the game has GONE GOLD.

Even if it's promotional material from Rockstar, it confirms nothing, as far as I'm concerned, and it's hardly an inidication that the game has gone gold. I've got one of these when I pre-ordered the PC version on the 20th of December. I also remember to have seen those in November and possibly even in October. It certainly isn't a guarantee that the production started and that there won't be a delay. Not to say that V will be delayed again, but I wouldn't go as far to say that it's ruled out.

 

That said, I have hope for some news tomorrow or next week - and it will be hopefully not a delay.

@McLightning Actually, it's not too late for a delay, I expected one as well, but there are too many evidences showing the opposite of it.

They denied a delay the last time as well and then after a few days they delayed it. (I still remember the dissapointment from that...)

 

P.S: Even if it's not too late for a delay, I'm sure it won't get delayed though. It's just a matter of perspective.

Nope. It can never be too late. They can delay it right up to the release day for all they care. It's their game and they can do whatever they want with it. They're not bound by some ridiculous made up rules on when they can and cannot delay their own product.

Well, actually, it wasn't "delayed". We didn't have a date for release before. Now we do.

The GTA IV delay was minimal and some stores and sites changed it even before the delay announcement.

Btw the chances are minimal, we shouldn't get worried. I want to get the game anyway, I'm already messed up and my school classes start January 26th.

Funny how CD Projekt can release the requires for The Witcher 3, a game not due of for another 5 months, yet Rockstar can't release the requirements for a game that is due out in 19 days.

To clarify:

 

- You guys really believe in that 'hate' story?

 

- RDR was made by a completely different studio (San Diego) which released only one game (and are known for barely any title being ported) for PC afterwards, it was to be expected, use some common sense.

One word, "profit." Everything is worth wasting time and money if you can make a huge profit out of it. Granted I don't think they hate PC gamers, but there's a reasoning for making it.
