It doesn't matter what kind of company you are, ignoring and deleting every comment that isn't satisfactory is a sh*t way of doing business. Copying Comcast isn't the best way to go about things.

Actually... I think this is GENUINELY DISGUSTING.

I can't even begin to comprehend how such a huge company could act like this. Yes they are amazing, professional, important and I love their games, but they ARE arrogant assholes.

BTW GTA IV PC was so sh*tty that it STILL struggles to reach 60fps 1080p maxed out on modern high end hardware (core i7 4790K, GTX 780)
