Your own impatience for news does not equate to any signal about a delay. You're reading any "signal" you perceive in a negative way. There's far more positive signs it won't be.

 

Again, they waited until two weeks prior to release to even mention the first person mode on the PS4/XB1 versions, this is very late to announce features in game for just about any company and Rockstar do it like this far more often than they announce things early. They waited until very late in the cycle (I believe it was two weeks before release) before they revealed the requirements for Max Payne 3 as well as opening digital pre-orders. There has been nothing mentioned on Rockstar's own site at all. Answers to questions have all stated there is no delay. There's substantial reports from those that work in the business that the physical version has already hit manufacturing, which this close to release is almost imperative rather than being unlikely. The position of the game on Steam's upcoming calendar recently (a couple of days ago) moved from being listed at the end of January to the position on the calendar where it should be to meet its release date. The chance of a delay this close to release is much less likely than the chance of one occurring. If there was to be a delay and Rockstar knew it, they would announce it ASAP. They have customers who have purchased the game directly from them and retailers who have shelf space time reserved that need this information as soon as its known so they can use it for another product and let their customers know.

 

Of course, a last second delay is possible, but there is literally NO REASON WHATSOEVER to think there will be one at this point, right now. Any signal anyone perceives is just that, perception, and its from laymen or willy-nillys who want to think negatively or troll to get the weak minded to flip out.

 

There are no signals that show a delay is incoming. Quit trying to read tea leaves that you can't decipher.

Is there a secure way to see where is GTA V PC going to be censored and how?

I wanted to buy the british version of the game (which i'm sure is not censored in the slightest), but that would cause me to wait a good week after the release of the game.

I honestly can't do that.

I want to buy the italian version for now (guaranteed to arrive at my door on the 27th of january), but i can't find any info about censorship.

 

(Only spoilers about controversial parts of the game, which i don't want to know about).

Any suggestion?

Assuming the game is not delayed (i still think it will be released on the 27 of january), what the hell is R° doing?

C'mon...we're less than 3 weeks away from the release and we didn't get any info.

It's almost 2 months (if i remember correctly) that we have the "PC SCREENS COMING SOON" thing and they said they were going to reveal the system requirements around christmas time.

What the hell are they doing? What kind of marketing is that?

I'd understand this behaviour if they didn't specify a date for the PC version, but like this...unvelievable...

 

How much will they let us wait? The week before the game release?

who cares about screens if you're going to have the real thing in 7 days, and who will have the time to upgrade the PC in a week?!?

 

I'm sure that, after a million years of development they have stable and official requirements...than why not publish them? I don't think they'd hurt current-gen GTA V Sales.

 

Anyway i think that we won't see any trailer until the week before release.

The week before release always bring the launch trailer, and so an other video now would be strange and too close.

I might only expect a graphical showcase, or a tech demo (Like the video editor).

 

I'm ogranising my life during january/february around this game (which i'm gonna play for a good month), and i'm sick of delaying other stuff i have to do, because of the fear of this game not coming at all...

 

 

Even if they do a perfect conversion, PC fans won't easily forget this horrible treatment.

And that's a good sign, so they cared editing at least that date.

Guys, today we learnt one thing for sure (hum, even if from 2013, we already spent a lot of tuesdays being disapointed.... but anyway ) :

 

AS USUAL we can't expect nothing from R* when we all think 'this is the perfect window for them to throw something (whatever it is)'... so now just relax and let's wait for 27th !

 

When you're clear with this simple idea, then ideally just expect nothing else until that date

 

=> I am not saying we will get no news on the newswire until that date, but... uh... please recognize that's the best way not to get teased, excited, hyped, then disappointed anymore !

You don't get it. The list is updated on a game by game basis. Because one game hasn't changed is irrelevant or because the list on whole is weird is irrelevant, but it is relevant when games specifically change.

 

GTA fell at a specific point on the calendar just 2 days ago. It was listed after all of the January games. It has since been moved to a specific point, between the 26th and 30th. This just doesn't happen magically. Someone had to go in on the dev side of the store page for the change to occur. This can only be seen as a positive.

 

The change we're talking about has nothing to do with the store page, its read Early 2015 for a while. The change on the upcoming calendar is new though.

Tuesday is a day R* likes to make announcements (even though I personally don't think they will wait just for such day to announce PC details).

13th January is simply next Tuesday.

5 P.M GMT is about when R* post their Newswire articles.
