Nailed it. Its not PC screenshot but PS4.

So that theory is busted.

its extremely obvious all the screens were taken on pc, they only put ps4 to make the console peasants happy, just look at half the screenshots and you will see stuff only pcs can do

However from what I've noticed, they release the more important stuff (trailers, info on the upcoming releases etc.) usually around 10AM of New York time, or even earlier

 

IMO chance of them releasing PC news today is very slim
