Some friends of friends found this, I went to check and it's true.

It seems GTA V Profile is on nVidia drivers since the latest beta, that includes the SLi Support, which seems to be already working.

Download 347.09 and nVidia Inspector to check.

Thought it's something nice to share. =)

We need more of this kind of things, not assumption-guy and masters of logic...

and fanboys and haters...

I kinda wished there was something like NVIDIA Inspector for Radeon. I love how you can force AO on GTA IV.

RadeonPro can't do that.

Can confirm that it's legit, it can also be found in the NVIDIA settings.

imho i dont think we will see anything from amd as theirs were being done in 2012 right meaning they could have been finalised around the start of last year moving then onto nvidias hence why we are only seeing those now

No, PLEASE NO! Now I know why they haven't talked about the sys req until now, the game is sh*tty optimized because NVADIA has crapped on GTA V optimization, GTA V will run laggy with NVADIA cards and sh*tty with AMD cards. This is the reality, NVADIA means awful optimization, the requirements will be a 2GB GC as minimum requirement. RIP GTA V PC, killed by NVADIA.

Brace yourselves, GTA IV² is coming!

Off topic question out of curiosity, do you call Nvidia that because you misspell their name or you're actually calling them whores in Portuguese? :p

Yes.

That's not a release date; that's a release month.

EDIT: After countless tries, it's confirmed that spoiler tags do not work.

Yea, spring is my favorite month in year
homemade poster.

This sure as hell isn't homemade and was given by everyone who preordered by Rockstar.

I had that very poster hanging on my room :3

It's like 50x100cm. The only difference is that instead of ESBR I've got PEGI 18.

Honestly not a lot. I can code my own game and add a profile for it to the drivers. It doesn't actually do anything. What matters is if it has custom bits for SLI and anti aliasing etc. Then it means that Nvidia has a copy of the game and tested it to make these effects compatible with their drivers.

Profiles alone though don't mean anything.

Well if you add "gta5.exe" to AMD's Catalyst Control Center and try to create a profile for it,

CCC will tell you this

I mean why is everyone excited about it, is it coz the promised release date is looking more likely now or something

Kinda, Nvidia most of the times releases a driver for the upcoming games with near release dates, I think Game Ready they call em.

this kinda looks like the release date is solid, to me of course.

ThePsychoMan

I find the time there was someone in game today interesting. I mean, there was a long session today, between 11:50 and 17:10 with only 1 pause of 20 minutes. I have never seen them stay that long in game.

Personally, I think they are testing achievements and functionality of Steam, and that's why they stay longer. What do you guys think?

The NVIDIA driver profile just means they have access to the game and have optimized drivers that will be ready by launch. They're late, however, as AMD had a GTAV driver profile way back in in late 2013. So, AMD devs had access to the game before NVIDIA's team did.
