I initially read that as "coming weeks" rather than "coming week", so maybe that is an actual typo and they meant weeks. Its a simple mistake to make and I don't think Rockstar purposely keep on delaying information.

Remember what happened last time, when they're removing comments with PC with so much passion ?, yes you gessed it, they delayed the game, atleast there'll be no reason to pretend to be surprised.
