I would like to contribute with the topic, but I can't deal with such posts, I guess I'm not mature enough, maybe I'll go rage or not use an adequate grammar...

So, my "likes" represent the opinions I agree or feel that pleases me.

The only thing I have to say...

Before posting like a desperate person, analyze things first, use common sense, and try to keep a good writing, it makes everything more tidy and clean and so better and more pleasing to read.

OT:

GTA V may not be delayed, Steam ain't that organized with the dates in the coming soon section...

We are very very close to the release, requirements should come next week if R* don't make weird decisions...

Think: We're not on 2014 anymore =D.

I just came to say it's safe to bet that the date didn't change. The "upcoming games" list isn't sorted very well, some games that were meant to be released in November 2014 are below GTA V and some games that are meant to be released after it are above. Don't lose your mind just because of a list.

 

Btw I'm playing The Crew to relax in these last 3 weeks. You guys should get a game and do the same. (busta rhymes sw4g)

I came here to bring a bit of calm for you guys (or not),

For those who think that GTA V is the only game in Steam that will be launched in January, and isn't yet with the Steam page updated or in preorder, Resident Evil HD REMASTER will be released January 20 and is in the same situation of GTA V on Steam:

 

I know, I know GTA isn't Resident Evil, Rockstar isn't Capcom, GTA is good and Resident Evil is bad and blah blah blah, but nobody is creating discussions in Steam or in other forum about delay or conspiracy theories about why the developer of the game have not yet opened the pre order. So just relax guys, all this is just hype, and is consuming you alive.

ive also noticed that whenever someone says something about the console games on twitter rockstar reply or retweet yet when someone says something about pc its just straight up ignored..

There was some guy back then in the good ol' age of the waiting game, that claimed to be an insider (of course he was, we had many back then), and I remember he said among many things that the Steam version will be coming about 2 weeks after release, he also said they didn't know for sure how long this gap was gonna be.

 

Long story short: what if they push the Steam release a couple of days/weeks behind, but they don't know exactly how long yet, and this is why the page doesn't show the exact 27th date.

Would R* be that greedy to milk even the PC version twice by making as much pure profit from retail discs for the first hot days/week(s) of the launch hype? I don't know, you decide. It's just a stupid thought anyway.

Hiding that freaking release date for no reason when we only have weeks from launch, while actually there is a rock-solid date for it for months now isn't really bright either, is it?

there's nothing to do but wait everyone, if nothing happens on the 6th then maybe there's a cause for concern and if something bad happens on 27th or within a week before, then we're in el problemo!!!
