It'll change to 27 January once R* has announced things about the PC version.

If it would be delayed they let us know much earlier.

Happy new year everbody! I hope you all will have a great 2015! Remember MGS V: Ground Zeroes had the same stages on steam, it also said coming soon and didn't have a pre-order option until a few weeks before release (really close to the release) so no worries!

The release date which was set was 31/12, it was pretty much obvious due to the games that were before and after GTA V on the list.

As we are on 01/01 now, and the game is still not set as released and the date also expired, so the Steam database systems changed the display message to Coming Soon, even though we still have the Early 2015 at the right panel

if im right all updates in dec its bot activity

 

if it right game is already ready to shipped in the stores at jan 27

It's been on Amazon for ages. The release date was recently added, it used to be December 2014.. even back then we didn't know it was going to get delayed.
