@Xerukal: Now ill never play in 1080p,ran it in 4K,it's a whole new world,couldn't get the benchmark tool to work,(keeps crashing when i click on it,lol)get around around 32 which dips to 26(with ENB and a traffic script,so i should get a boost to 45-50 on vanilla,i guess ),found a trick to bypass the low frames using the trainer by speeding up the game-speed which makes the game feel as if it was 60+.thanks for bringing this up never corossed my mind,it's way better now.

 

Will be doing the same with V,hope i wont be needing sli for it.

there is no dedicated servers for console users or pc, so far it's calling Online, there will be only own R* servers and their law for both systems players

maybe when they abandon online or lose interest, they'll give more opportunities for pc but now just forget about this it's their business at now nigga

 

 

 

To be honest...if physics,damage, driving and Car crashes are as Same Downgraded and kinda scriptet on pc like it is on all Console versions right now im Not sure if I Buy this game.. Even After all the years of waiting

 

PC version will have mods to fix that problem so i wouldn't worry about it

 

I hope they will ban in multiplayer every player who use mods

 

At least untill they delete their mods from game.

 

What? You're thinking of hacks and trainers. Mods are stuff like weapon skins, a jesus-cartwheel, a penis-shooting gun. Why wouldn't you want to use that sort of stuff together with your friends? That was one of the best things about L4D2.

I have a feeling there will be unranked, modded and ranked, unmodded lobbies. As soon as dedicated servers appear, clients will download the server mod list to join, so any client side mods will be disabled. It's the only way to ensure a level playing field!

 

But then, once the server mods kick off, anything is possible.... Beam.NG soft body physics for the cars and collisions would be amazing, in fact, any mod that upped the realism would be great. Walking away from some of the crashes is a bit extreme sometimes.

Recently I noticed that every time I watch a twitch-stream, the GTA V Next-Gen Console launch trailer plays as advertisement.

This happens quite frequently for me actually. (On Twitch, you only get to see ads if you aren't "subscribed" to that Twitch-channel.)

 

Is it just me or are they teasing us? They must know most Twitch-streamers play on PC and do have a PC audience?

 

 

Did anyone else notice? Or am i going bananas?

i wish R* has something to show abt PC Version the coming Tuesday.This silence doesn't do any good for PC sales don't get me wrong i really hope GTA V does good on PC in terms of sales but they are shooting themselves on foot and they better stick to jan release date if they delay it to spring or something then thats suicide lol

Wrong. It's cracked. Don't wish for Denuvo just to stop a few hackers spawnings cars or what ever. It's going to stop a lot of innocent players trying to mod their SP games. Don't be so selfish.

You wouldn't want that crap called "Denuvo" it causes alot of CPU and RAM overhead,and some say it damages SSD's,i'd rather see cheaters all over than this sh*t ruining my performance and hardware.

For now Dragon Age. 3DM is still collecting CPUIDs, because they have to patch it in manual for each CPU (similar to CEG Steam), thus it is not released for public.

But I don't know if we are allowed to talk about that here?

There hasn't been any major complaint or empirical proof.

SSD's are no longer damaged by write cycles as they used to be, it takes much longer. There is no other way software can damage an SSD other than wasting write cycles. Also I very much doubt it'll use Denuvo, because it is Securom after all. And we all know what Rockstar thought of it after IV released.

OT: No updates for 19 hours. We did have a huge random burst of updates there. Any one have any idea what they were? Probably the smallest of things I imagine but it'd be nice if it was fixing up to some sort of preorder.

You see ads? Get "Adblock Plus" addon / extension for Google Chrome and no more ads will be displayed Every website will have their ads blocked.

Beam.NG uses a completely different engine, true.... But modders can make anything possible. A low level rewrite of the impact and collision physics can make any GTA V car have much more realistic impacts.

 

Let's be honest here, there's impacts in the current game that would leave cars little more than smears on the road and drivers needing hosing out of the cabin afterwards, but all you get in game is a few scratches and a lost hood / bonnet, plus the cars can basically be made almost unidentifiable and they just keep on going. A bit of realism would be a refreshing change.
