Hey I just noticed something while watching the "FPS view" trailer on Steam.

At some point while gunning down some gangstas, the guy throws a grenade without selecting it first, like a quick throw.

Can you even do this on consoles with a controller when you're on foot?

In PS4 I think if you slide your finger upwards through the touchpad, but I may have this wrong, never seen it in any video.

 

 

Can someone confirm this?

There are some uncompressed videos taken from PS4 version of GTA V. That sunset in the taxi ride video looks better than real life .

Re-watching the E3 Trailer made me think on how crazy we got back at June when it was announced...
I even overreacted I cried, yea, I cried, it was beautiful, f*ck yea.

I guess we'll all repeat it with the PC Trailer.
Rockstar has some super-powers of driving everyone nuts.

Yes. It's a grenade quick throw. I think when you're aiming, it's left on the D-pad. Saw that in one of vanoss' video.

BTW with all the sh*t ubisoft did this year, "The Crew", actually runs surprisingly good on PC.. I really didn't expect it to be so good, well done ivory tower.

Thats exactly what I thought too..

This week is mutch too early, it's more in the end of this month (if it even is this month).. Sure no one wants to wait that long but we all know how rockstar "works."

"Pc informations to follow, end of December" or "Soon".

 

As long as we have to wait, I'll play some IV @1080p w/ ENB. I've Put some mods in like M. Service. It's fun. And also I can think about it and tell myself that V will look better then that.

 

We only have to wait less then two month out of years.. So at this point, we are close to the release

@BlackScout: Yup this is typical for rockstar.. If you loose your hopes, they will finally start to talk about the pc version.. Also they have to sale console bundles

I don't need to be able to play it in 4k. In fact, playing in 4k while downsampling is a pain in the ass because the Steam overlay becomes tiny and near impossible to read.

 

I'll run it in 4k when I want to take screens. I just need the game to run at a framerate that allows me to navigate the world in some way. So 20 FPS at least.

It doesn't matter if his FPS is 6 or 60. He just needs to line up the shot in 1080p or 144p, turn it up to 4K, take a screenshot and he's finished.

thats how 980GTX performance on maximum settings in 2k

 

tomb rider-31 fps

hitman absolution- 31fps

crysis3 -27fps

metro last light-29fps

 

how it will work in GTAV 4k i have no idea

I'd rather not speak too soon. Especially after ACU.

 

I suppose we'll see soon enough.

 

I wonder if those PC screens they're planning to release are going to arrive as part of a Newswire post that details the system requirements. Maybe they'll do the same thing they did with MP3. Minimum, recommended and highest tested specs. Or maybe even an estimation of what would be needed to run the game at 4k, seeing as how they went out of their way to make "4k support" a notable feature.

 

I won't kid myself, though. With games today, you'll need two 980s to have a crack at smooth 4k gaming. Especially when turds like ACU come around. Then you best hope you can hit 60 FPS at ANY resolution.

I played max payne 3 and l.a noire with rgsc but i dont saw any problem we re talking about 65 - 70 hours playing time. So RGSC is good i guess. Also there is no reason for gta 5 use a GWFL because that system belong to microsoft. rockstar close to sony side lately.
