I hope we get the Blimp for pre-ordering. I'm going to buy Special Edition, but I hope they add some more stuff for Next-Gen, like new special weapons/cars.

My guess is that Blimps will be online too and everyone has access to them, maybe they add something else for pre-order

No.

 

September 17th is the one year anniversary of Grand Theft Auto V.

 

October 1st is the one year anniversary of Grand Theft Auto: Online.

 

They are separate entities. GTA V's anniversary will be celebrated in its own way, whether it be through interesting announcements or something unrelated that we're not aware of at this point in time.

 

There may be an Online event, but it most likely will not be the bulk of the anniversary celebration, simply because it has nothing to do with V's launch.

 

GTA: Online will most likely have a completely standalone event planned with stuff like double XP periods and special items given out to players that log in on the date of the anniversary (October 1st, for clarity's sake).

 

All of this is speculation, but it makes the most sense to me personally.

I'm just saying its 41$ in india i know there will be differences in price as gaming community in india is not that large but some games are the same price as the US like Titanfall,Call of duty etc..

I wouldn't get too excited about those. They're probably recorded torture sessions of past employees Sam keeps unlisted, just in case he needs to remind out of line employees of their place in the company.
