Come the f*ck on guys, don't be full on retards, of course that pic is a fake, the dude has Grand Theft Auto VI-ce (GTA 6) and Manhunt 2 (not available on Steam), the achievement icons don't even match up to the actual ones, etc, it's a bad sloppy obvious joke fake. And it's been posted on a facebook page called "PC MASTER RACE".
