That post with games was about every country in the world (including America, biggest market), most people around the world who are still on old-gen because they didn't have a reason to buy a new-gen console, they are going to have a lot of reasons starting the end of this month.

The development of all new-gen versions is most likely finished by now. They are probably just adding more details and content that can be added easily until the moment the game goes gold, e.g. more soundtracks, and give it a final touch. I think that Cara Delevingne's tweet is a good indication for that. This is one of the reasons a delay is unlikely, in my view.
