I HAD A DREAM TODAY

GTA V on PC was released. Modders released a patch were you could buy EVERY SINGLE HOUSE IG AND WITH WORKING GARAGES (except that they worked like GTA Online does, placing Blue Markers that get you in and out)

If you bought a mansion, cars could be stored just by parking them in the driveway.

ULTRA X4 TEXTURES

Police Sports and Hyper cars (Adder, Infernus and Comet)

FIXED MAGIC POLICE, but also increased difficulty on higher levels (special cars + special drivers)

Realistic drawing distance while using Sniper Rifles (People don't spawn and despawn if they are too far)

All animals from RDR put into the game.

Improved performance. Steady FPS.

I know my dreams are weird......... Hahahaha. But modders could easily do some of this stuff for sure :)

Yeah, i would want all that :D, haha a million times yes, ESPECIALLY the first one...GTA:O content in SP is the absolute must for me!

On consoles, yes. That is true. On PC you can do whatever the hell you want. Like turning into Iron Man.

Unlock ALL the random events and make them available to all characters. So Franklin can do Trevor's drug runs and bounty hunting, Micheal can go hunting like Trevor on weekends, and Trevor can do Franklin's racing and taxicab missions etc. etc.

 

increase random wildlife spawns (if possible) on the map to include significantly increased sea life spawns. Especially sharks. Find a way to add random spawns of dogs? if at all possible. For some reason, dogs are ALWAYS in that dog park up in Vinewood Hills when NOT playing Franklin. The minute Franklin and Chop show up, they dissappear....

 

adding a convenience store like menu to a large number of dummy store fronts at the beach pier (and random stores located around the map). SHOPS NEED TO BE INTERACTIVE FFS. THIS GOES FOR FAST FOOD JOINTS AS WELL. So when your char stands in the blue circle before a clothing or food store, a convenience store menu comes up. But this menu would have specific (i.e. filtered) store items. So if they stand before a Burger Shot or Clucking Bell store, they will get a food menu option that sells NEW food items (burgers, shakes etc) that works the same way convenience food does to increase your health. You should be able to drive your car up to the fast food joints with a drive in window, park your car in a blue circle, and order fast food SR1 style. :cool:

 

Filter clothes in clothing stores so that Psonby's sells only the most $$$$ items, SubUrban the mid level clothing, Ammunation only military/hunting and paramilitary gear, and Bincos the low end cheap sh*t. Only the beach pier stores would sell beach related gear (e.g. the Beach Bum DLC and watercraft like the sea doo for example). You would be able to buy watercraft using your smartphone and pick it up at the Marina area as before.

 

find a way to make the ped animations work with your character. Like fishing, doing push ups/pull ups/working out at the beach, opening the hood/trunk of cars etc.

 

find a way to make peds more interactive. Add drug dealers in random/specific areas of the city, in Blaine county, Grapeseed etc.

 

Tune down police AI aggro factor.

 

Add lots of random loot and collectibles to underwater portion of the map. This gives you a reason to actually use the sub/scuba gear to truly explore that part of the flipping map FFS. :rol: Put the most $$$$ collectibles, weapons and armor below crushing depth. Hell, add a special coupon ticket collectible which would let you reedem a high end super or sports car. But this would also be below crushing depth.

 

Mod the Bus and possibly train? so your character can ride on these? Don't know if it's possible to drive the train like back in SA though :/

 

Add a convenience store style menu and blue interactive circle at Smoke on The Water and make it sell weed and drugs that it was missing in SP FFS. :rol:

 

make a body building mod which would let your char use the NPC bodybuilder animations and work out. Don't know if it's possible to change their appearance to look like body builders though. Franklin is low maintenance in regards to having a muscular build. But changing Micheal and Trevor's body types would be challenging

 

Add as much of HippieCommunists GTA IV mods possible :colgate: Mods like weapons having weight, weapons inventory mod, being able to store your weapons in your safe house instead of magically carrying them around with you etc. Unlock the machine gun if it's not available for SP. And no--you CAN'T run around SA with something that fricking heavy. Machine gun needs the weapon storage mod.

 

Next to speedometers, fuel gages, and making gas stations ACTUALLY FUNCTIONAL, Add the popular GTA IV organ donor and NPC kidnap mods so you can terrorize SA peds and make money in true thug style. :^:

 

Love to see a SA version of LCPFD. Hopefully a really gifted modder can do this justice in SA

 

Add a prison break mod like back in GTA IV (this would require a custom interior though. Although the FIB building interior could work with graphical tweaks---in theory anyways.

 

If possible, find a way to add existing interiors to more homes/mansions/high rises around the map. Better yet, find out if it's possible to add NEW CUSTOM interiors to safe houses

 

Unlock the ability to use ANY and ALL safe houses on the map. As in more than the 2 miserly safe houses R* has limited ppl to having in GTAO. :rol:

 

Unlock snow?? if possible

 

Unlock N. Yankton part of the map if possible. Perhaps make this accessible by aircraft only? Do this like back in SA where you had to fly off the map to visit LC?

 

Multiple business ownership like back in SA and my heavily modded version of GTA IV. Nuff said

 

Don't know if any of this sh*t is possible. But I"m definitely pulling the code inside out and giving these a try.

These are all very possible.

 

Simple Native Trainer for V can spawn/load North Yankton simply because if you look around closely (like replaying BTH and stopping at some point of the road), you can see Mt. Chiliad. You can see that from the NY Glitch for Online last time, it just hovers around Pacific Ocean and Elysian Island.

 

SORRY FOR DOUBLE-POSTING.

Does modding simply mean changing the game code so that only the stuff that's already present is modified? Or you can add more stuff like missions, cars and weapons? Like if there are a 100 cars present, can you add 5 completely new cars to make the tally 105?

 

Adding more missions would be awesome since I feel 69 story missions are pretty low!!

Yup, all of those are possible. Adding cars were possible in IV, and modding missions were present since III. You are new to modding, aren't you? I feel you bro, I was like this.

More or less, without heavily changing how the game works, it won't happen. I doubt anyone besides the Rockstar team would be able to do it.

A detailed Police Mod like LCPDFR in GTA 5 would be AMAZING!

 

Nothing else to say. This is the only thing we need plus North Yankton and removing those barriers that kill the plane's engines and end you up hugging a shark.

Ok,i have a mid-range pc gamer so,if the game don't run well on my machine,thats good if modders make a mod for increase fps or somenthing like this.

I never played gta v because i don't have a ps3/xbox this make me nervous so i want play this game on my pc,preference without lags.

I see the walkthroug in videos and one thing i want is more space on garages like the online,because i see people tune various cars and don't have enougj space on garage

A port of all the GTAO masks and clothes to MFT is something I would definitely do. If Johnny Klebitz ported over to MFT looked good in cutscenes (no animation bugs) then these will definitely work.

 

It was also possible in Max Payne 3, but extremely difficult.

While I will be the game for PS4, there are still a few mods I would like to see added to the game. Who knows? Maybe, I'll get a gaming PC one day.

 

I'd like to see a series of mods that add to the realism of the game; especially with the police. Personally, I'm tired of the unrealistic police and while this is GTA, I think it would be very interesting if the in-game legal system was more realistic

-ability to surrender to the police at any wanted level

-police officers will only fire their weapons if fired upon or a firearm is drawn on them

-player can be arrested as well as resist arrest (I'm thinking a button-mash struggle mechanic)

-police actually use batons and tazers

-If arrested, you are put into a police vehicle and taken to the nearest police station.

-Depending on the wanted level when arrested, you may be released after a short period of time or taken to the prison in Blaine County

-There should be less of a consequence for getting busted than wasted (in my opinion)

I wanted to start this thread to see what you would mod when GTA V PC comes out. I would mod a lot of things:

 

-Cars to their RL counterparts (like the Buffalo to a Charger, Sultan to an Altezza, etc.)

-M, F, T

-Radio

-Scripts like car fuel

-Trainers to make missions easier

-Game textures

-Camera Hack

 

There are a lot more, but my I'm on my phone right now so I can't type it all.

Considering that this game is very new, we have to consider stuff when modding V. Not everyone has a PC that can run it, I mean come on, vanilla GTA IV and it only runs 15 fps tops!

 

-CAR MODS: Be careful, especially when modding cars that have unique abilities like the Sentinel (back seating during Father/Son), BeeJay XL (Michael in the back seat) and the JB700 (weaponry).

-I expect NOBODY to make HD retextures. This game is very HD already.

-ENBs or related stuff aren't needed, except for timecyc. They might crash your game.

 

SUGGESTED STUFF TO MAKE:

-Michael's mansion remade because of exterior inaccuracies to the interior and vice versa

-TrafficLoad (DECLASSE ASEA! But be wary because NY cars might spawn around LS XD)

-SNT (oh yeah, VEHICLE SPAWNER FOR FREE CHEETAHS, ENTITIES, POLICE RANCHERS AND Z-TYPES!)

-License plate retextures (like make the background a license plate from Las Venturas)

-Minor map mods (Remove Mt. Something and make it into a small town, or better yet, San Fierro!)

-Ability to buy condos and garages a-la GTA Online (but without the maximum of 2. I mean come on, R* gave us a lot of cars with only 3 4-car garages plus 5 character safehouse garages and character cars? Oh come on...)

-Make DLC, website and Collector's Edition cars spawn in random places. Paradises spawn in beach parking lots, Warreners spawn around Downtown, and Elegys, Massacros, Carbon RSs, Vaccas, and Hotknifes spawn around Vinewood Hills. Seriously, are we the only owners of these cars aside from known characters?

-Cars with expensive real-life counterparts should spawn only in LS. Felon GTs, Ballers, and Greslies spawn in Blaine County? Don't GranCabrios, Range Rovers and Durangos cost really high?

I would love to see something like the Viva New York mod for GTA IV, real street names, real commercial boards, real cars etc. Hollywood Boulevard could be somewhere to start ;p

* when you destroy traffic lights it causes collisions (like in Die Hard 4)

Hey guys! As we all know nothing is more of an inevitability than custom models coming into the game. Hell they are already being worked on! But I've noticed the general consensus from modders is that the models are going to be replacements for the main 3, just like GTA 4.

 

Why does this have to be the case though? Unlike previous titles, GTA 5 is the first time were actively switching between characters is a core mechanic of the game! Why not take advantage of this and instead of custom models replacing the main 3, they add onto them? Being another option you can switch too in the game alongside Michael, Franklin and Trevor. With their own existing schedule you can just drop into like the main 3. Adding onto the impression that these characters are actually living in San Andreas, instead of just custom models you've downloaded off the internet.

 

The only noticeable hurdle I see is choosing between the characters. As we all know the character wheel supports 4 slots for the main 3 + online. I have experimented with sketching the wheel supporting 5 slots, but it became too crowded to be practical. But If GTA 5 is like 4 in the sense you have to sacrifice online to mod the game, that would leave a whole slot vacant to be used with a custom model. Perhaps a second accessible character model work? allowing for multiple custom models to be accessible.

 

I would love to hear any responses from modders planning for GTA V, as well as anyone who supports the idea.

it will be same ol' sh*t: GTA V HD road textures, real textures, ugly ass cars from NFS games, crazy super power mods, characters from every 3d game ever converted, GTA 4, SA, VC, 3 map converted and soo on...

 

As far that i see there is no hope for real orginal TC mod for GTA but i hope im wrong.

As far that i see there is no hope for real orginal TC mod for GTA but i hope im wrong.

Hey guys! As we all know nothing is more of an inevitability than custom models coming into the game. Hell they are already being worked on! But I've noticed the general consensus from modders is that the models are going to be replacements for the main 3, just like GTA 4.

 

Why does this have to be the case though? Unlike previous titles, GTA 5 is the first time were actively switching between characters is a core mechanic of the game! Why not take advantage of this and instead of custom models replacing the main 3, they add onto them? Being another option you can switch too in the game alongside Michael, Franklin and Trevor. With their own existing schedule you can just drop into like the main 3. Adding onto the impression that these characters are actually living in San Andreas, instead of just custom models you've downloaded off the internet.

 

The only noticeable hurdle I see is choosing between the characters. As we all know the character wheel supports 4 slots for the main 3 + online. I have experimented with sketching the wheel supporting 5 slots, but it became too crowded to be practical. But If GTA 5 is like 4 in the sense you have to sacrifice online to mod the game, that would leave a whole slot vacant to be used with a custom model. Perhaps a second accessible character model work? allowing for multiple custom models to be accessible.

 

I would love to hear any responses from modders planning for GTA V, as well as anyone who supports the idea.

This would take ages to code, the only reason he story was so short was because R* had to keep debugging the switch mechanic. However, this type of mod is still extremely likely to be made non the less.

What's the point? The game itself already has a TC, it's called GTA Online.

I will be getting a few realism mods

 

1. Camera hack for fun driving

2. Traffic load for better random cars + car mod cars

3. Time cycle that makes nights really realistic and dark

4. First response when it releases

5. Realism damage / realism mods

I'm wanting a mod similar to LCPDFR, however, a gang version. Your part off one of the gangs and get to deal drugs, hang out with some members, initiate drivebys, call back up from your hood, various missions regarding the set.

 

I also want LCPDFR though haha fantastic mod
