I could have sworn the Sony conference itself was trolling us. I'm sure we were all ticked off when it abruptly ended with no mention of V, but then they had to play a song from the game ("Music Sounds Better With You" by Stardust) immediately afterwards, as if to pour salt into an open wound.

I hate whenever i see gay gta online new seriously stop with that bullcrap and these dlcs suck too i expected military dlc and army dlc wtf is hipster and bitch bum pack ? Wtf is firework launcher ? This is not saints row ! Btw i also hate whenever i play singleplayer mission the serious way and i see a helicopter "oh sh*t rpg would come in handy!" Then i equiped firework launcher accidently and shot the helicopter it did nothing so enemies killed me it ruins the seriousness of gta v these dlcs dont fit the game. cavalry dagger! Why the f*ck not! Because who would want a beautifully designed katana? ....

It's as high end as you can get without having to go for the Ti, or the Titan cards.

No, there is no way these logs are leftover from some other game that Rockstar has been working on, or has worked on in the past.

 

At the LEAST, GTA V will demand 4 gigabytes of RAM to run. Most likely 1GB of VRAM, as well. Though the more realistic expectation is that V will actually require 6 gigs of RAM to run, as with recent open world titles...

here's the thing about this log file. it mentions the PC build for the first time in 2012, however, the fact that there was a fully functional PC build they were able to test out missions on and miscellaneous features (cell phone bugs) demonstrates it was pretty far along into it's dev cycle at the time. this logically means they began developing the PC version well before 2012.
