So I can't go on live because of my Wifi connection but what are some good markets for stocks in SP without wifi to get tons of cash?

Unfortunately not without following the guide concerning Lester's assassinations. While you can influence the stocks on the LCN through your actions as well, the influences are very small to the point of not being worth it.

I think some of them only come up on the BAWSAQ. But generally, following this guide as close as possible will give you stupid amounts of money in the end.
