I saw this guy cross the street and it was Roman Belic. He said, "Im f*cking Watching You". It was his clothes and his voice. Has anyone else seen him and is this an Easter Egg? I know of one character from GTA 4 and that's Johnny, (Spoiler) which Trevor kills him. I believe that Roman could walk right past me and I wouldn't think anything of it, because I'd register him as a being from the GTA world.
