Las Venturas is coming soon with Browne Canyon in DLC?

because it's not similar with other games, graphic is the same as gtav.

and away from us we can see smth like a fog or haze according to gtav graphic feature...

and red line - show a road ^_^ very similar!

Okay: WHERE does that image come from? Is it ingame? Because this is major!

Browne Canyon is a movie company in GTA V. The year 1921 is a reference to Las Vegas and the Mob (got it from another thread from April)

 

Also the locatiom is NOT from RDR, it is similar, but looks different. Also a road is in the picture (car road), and a Duster plane.

This said; this could be a DIRECT link and FIRST screenshot from Las Venturas DLC.

A few things I'd like to point out before anyone gets their hopes up:

 

As Ivar pointed out, Browne Canyon is a movie company in GTA V. The in-game ad for "The Simian" is apparently a Browne Canyon Production. Therefore, it isn't a place name.

 

It has been pointed out that the location in the image isn't a known location in either the GTA V (current) map, or RDR, It should be pointed out that R* is currently developing the next installment in the Red Dead franchise, supposedly titled "Red Dead Rebellion". RDR took place in 1911, and if the next game is a sequel, it is possible that the game could take place at a later date. While they weren't featured in RDR, biplanes like the one featured in the image were in production in 1911, and were a popular design by the opening days of WWI, which began in 1914. 1914, coincidentally is roughly the timeframe when

Jack Marston returns to Blackwater to avenge his fathers death.

. I have read some accounts that state that Jack may return as the protagonist for the next Red Dead..

 

Am I counting out the possibility that this could show a future GTA:O map? of course not. I do believe that it is best to always temper ones enthusiasm with skepticism...

True, you are right Southernsontn.

 

It is possible that it is a screenshot from RDR(ebellion). But there are only rumors about that game, no actual facts.

 

I personally think it is for GTA, it is the perfect location, and to recreate the entire San Andreas would make them billions.

 

EDIT:

Someoke mentioned in another thread that IV had the Vinewood sign, which was from V... This is wrong. In Funland the Vinewood sign from San Andreas is used.

The Sign from Browne Canyon in V is an all new land. Unseen in any game. And creating a new land just for a screenshot has NEVER been done before. It must be for a map expansion OR for the next RDR.

Another thing they could do is in LV have different places for different stuff. Like one buliding with Burlesque shows, One for gambling, 3 for properties, One for Entertainment, One for nightclubs?

I actually believe that is what the extra character slots may be used for...

 

There are currently 5 slots, but three are locked. I believe that the extra slots may be opened as new maps are added, giving the player the option to create a unique character for each map, OR having the option to fly your current character between maps for in game currency.

 

This would give the player a chance to start fresh in each new map, and if they implement a system where each character can be in a separate crew, it would make it easier for different characters to be in different localized crews, and make switching between characters/crews/maps simpler.

I saw someone on Reddit say that he heard an NPC saying that he bought a cabin out in the wilderness by San Fierro, I don't believe it 100% since he had no proof but still. Maybe someone can go though sound files to see this? I would but I don't know how and mainly, I don't know where I can get a proper ISO.

They should add smaller secondary online-only maps, kinda like Manchester in GTA London.New, smaller cities of the GTA verse, outside the typical LC-VC-LS-SF-LV canon.

But like everything else, it's a madman's dream.

would be interesting to see if those audio files were added in an update, or if they've always been there. I wouldn't doubt R* adding hints like that since they believe that most people stick to GTA:O nowadays...

I made the following map of what I envision for Northern San Andreas and Eastern San Andreas. I included Southern San Andreas in for an idea of scale. I would see Northern San Andreas and Eastern San Andreas as separate DLCs, about $30 each.

 

Northern San Andreas includes San Fierro (San Francisco), Bay City (Oakland), Sacahoe (Sacramento) and San Pedro (San Jose+Santa Clara). Instead of one massive city like Los Santos, we have four smaller cities with San Fierro being the crown jewel. We also have a few other towns and locations of note. We have Nougat Cove (Carmel/Monterey Bay), Silicone Hills (Silicon Valley), Santa Marina (Santa Barbara), Scroati (Lodi/Stockton), Bayside (GTA:SA), Angel Pine (GTA:SA), Leafy Hollow (GTA:SA) and Darling (Charming from Sons of Anarchy). Vino County represents wine country, Back O' Beyond is repurposed to represent the Redwoods, we have Big Sur along the Great Ocean Highway with the Hearst Castle represented as well, as is Prison Isle (Alcatraz).

 

The main gangs in Northern San Andreas are the Triads, who control Chinatown in San Fierro and are the dominant force there. The Italian mafia have a foothold in the city, and the Vagos have a presence as well, though they are not real players in Northern San Andreas. Bay City is the stronghold of the Ballas, though the Families control a small portion. The East Bay south of Bay City is run by the Aztecas, who are based out of Scroati. The Angels of Death, who operate out Darling just east of Scroati, deal arms to most of the gangs via the IRA. One universally detested gang is the Skinz, a white supremacist gang that operates out of a fortress in Back O' Beyond and sustains itself through crank sales and contract killing. Crime in San Pedro is controlled by the Da Nang Boys, who war regularly with the Triads. Sacahoe is the capital of San Andreas and sees a stronger influence from corrupt law enforcement, keeping street gangs to minimal obvious influence to the benefit of more monied criminals who can line the pockets of officials.

 

Eastern San Andreas features Las Venturas with its glamour and casinos as the region's jewel, but ESA offers more. Again, we stay away from the major sprawling city and stick with smaller ones. We have Chino (Reno) in the northern area, Penix (Phoenix) in the south, and in the southwest we have Analton (Anaheim) and Walfischs Scheide (San Diego). Across the border from Walfischs Scheide (actual Whale's Vagina in German), we have Caballo Pene (horse's penis) representing Tijuana. Fort Diego on the Mexico side of the border is the fortress of the Mexican drug cartel, which holds major sway over Eastern and Northern San Andreas. The cartel uses the Vagos primarily to do their dirty work in Eastern San Andreas, and the Vagos are the dominant gang in Walfischs Scheide, Caballo Pene, Penix and Analton due to the cartel's backing. Las Venturas is a different story, as it is controlled primarily by the Italian mafia, with some action from the Triads and Vagos at the periphery. Other locations of note in Eastern San Andreas include the National Park (Yosemite), the Gaping Crevasse (Grand Canyon), the Sherman Dam (Hoover Dam), Funland (Disneyland), Fort Carson and Area 69 (Area 51). GTA:SA towns of Blueberry, El Quebrados, Montgomery, Palomino Creek and Las Paysadas are included as small towns. The Southeastern border will be familiar to fans of the Red Dead series, as it includes Brimstone (Red Dead Revolver) and borders the Sea of Coronado and the San Luis River (Red Dead Redemption). Implied here is that the Southeast corner reimagines the Red Dead Revolver map and on the other side of the Sea of Coronado to the east would be the location of the lands from Red Dead Redemption, which could eventually be updated to modern days and added in. The Mexico areas outside of Caballo Pene would resemble Mexico in Red Dead Redemption, with some small towns here and there and roaming bandits who will attack you. The one haven from that is Cabo in Baja San Andreas, which is a resort area for the rich and is protected by the Mexican military.

 

I put this together inspired by the original GTA:SA and the Sons of Anarchy TV series. I think it would have tremendous potential as the basis of a GTA expansion fleshing out the rest of San Andreas.

It is strange that we didn't find anything for a while, and suddenly (not the Browne Canyon (has been there since at least April, maybe since beginning)) all loads of stuff is found since the 1.16 update...

Okay OT:

I just remembered that GTA V features the Palomino Highlands, this could be a reference to Palomino Creek. Is it possible that we will eventually see Palomino Creek (town) on the other side of the bay in Las Venturas' island? maybe...

EDIT: It sounds like in the video that he says "they go to SA to make it big" which implies that LV is still in SA.

 

Also, you're probably right about Palomino Creek. I'm starting to think LV will come first.

I want LV to come as much as the next guy! but dont you guys think your getting a tad over excited? I mean 4 mentioned San Andreas, Vice City, and Carcer, but we didnt get any of those added? I believe it will come but that audio clip i dont think was any sort of cleverly placed insight into their development schedule, just a reference to the whore houses you can find in Nevada which is canonically in the same general vicinity which the writer's thought would be funny.

Because they said they will add more locations, people weren't exited about it in 4 because they never said anything about adding new locations.

Also Rockstar's president The Benz, said that we will see map additions. At least for online.

 

So maybe we are over exaggerating, but maybe we are not? Only time will tell, but I know that we are all in this together and it is the smartest move for Rockstar to make new maps (from business perspective).

Too happy? No such thing! Like ivar said, yes we may be over exaggerating, but we may also be under exaggerating! I believe someone earlier said that next gen has 16x more power than current gen. GTAO is their (Rockstars) baby, and they want to keep adding stuff to it because in return, they will make millions of dollars.

PAY ATTENTION CAREFULLY TO THIS:

If Rockstar always likes to make Island Maps instead of making infinite mountains we can't go to, like they did in RDR, but with plane boundaries... And instead, in order to keep the open world gaming experience...

 

MAKE GTA HAWAII !!!

 

 

It would be in the U.S, you can have the same cars from other games, and you can figure out a fake Honolulu city, and yep, finally you can get your damn islands.

 

It ain't realistic that there are 3 islands without almost no land on them, that are all a massive urban district with only one airport and a port, and the rest of the world is WATER.

It ain't realistic that there's a landmass island with a city, and they call it WEST COAST???

It might be realistic that North Yankton doesn't seem to be an island, but after all, you can't make whole U.S to explore.

 

So make HAWAII!

This amazing indeed! That is exactly how it should be done. I would be beyond happy with this map. San Fierro looks like it should, and Las Venturas seems perfectly situated in the middle of the desert like that. Top right of the map is obviously off-road heaven.
