No zombies. They're Cliche', boring, overrated and wouldn't fit in with the theme of GTA Online. (A criminal trying to work their way up the ranks of the underworld of LS)

 

Maybe a riot for an IRL day or so (like the Christmas snow), where the city is in "Riot mode" Like GTA SA, but none of this zombie Sh!t.

If you want to play a zombie game, go play RDR undead nightmare, or Dead Island, hell even TLOU.

 

So a criminal rising through the ranks isn't cliche, boring, and overdone? Also, RDR wasn't a zombie game but an entire zombie themed DLC was made for it, how would this be any different?

 

I know they added a DLC sperate disc game for RDR.

 

And no, rising through the ranks isn't overdone or cliche. Whereas most games now centre around zombies. (Dead Island, Deadrising, TLOU)

RDR worked because it was believable and cool in a Wild West type of game.

 

A whole new zombie DLC game for GTA wouldn't be GTA anymore. It'd be Grand Zombie kill Auto.

I'd love R* to make an entirely new zombie game, but not GTA.

Zombies. Zombies in Grand Theft Auto.

 

RDR, it worked, it was a separate game, that was an option for the player.

 

Zombies in GTA:O? No. Believe it or not some of us like to cruise around and enjoy Los Santos, and the feeling that you're kind of in Sunny Los Angeles. Even in humane labs it would ruin the game. I play a game for 3 main reasons. Story, Fun factor and realism.

 

Zombies aren't realistic. They're just annoying most of the time, and they're unoriginal, cliche and annoying.

Would Zombies fit in with this kind of game? No. Give me one good reason why they would fit in with GTA.

 

And, no, criminals rising up the ranks isn't cliche. All games centre around some kind of crime or killing people. W_D had Vigilanteism, COD has war, and Grand Theft Auto has always been about crime and rising up through the ranks. No other online game has done this successfully.

 

It worked with RDR as it was not only an option to buy Undead Nightmare, which changed the whole landscape, and didn't affect the base game, but it fit in with the times and the storyline. Imagine GTA with zombies [sarcasm] HOW FUN! [/sarcasm]

 

"Why does Martin want these documents? It's the end of days!!"

 

"Why are the cops chasing me and trying to gun me down??!! There's a freakin Zombie Apocalypse going on and they want to kill me for stealing a car?"

 

"Zombie Apocalypse? Then why is 24/7, LSC, Ammu-Nation, the bank, the golf course and the tennis courts open?"

 

As you can see, it wouldn't work in a modern game centred around crime. Never should Grand Theft Auto and zombies mix. Ever.

More waves and higher difficulty. It would be nice to have an endless mode and to have things like tanks show up at really high waves.

Now that would be pretty cool.

Boneyard solo will net you 5470 RP. I'm going through another I love Survival phase right now. You honestly don't need to spend more than $7k in ammo. I usually spend about $3k, because I'm too cheap to blow up the trucks. Use combat mg and assault shotgun for when Chester tries to run up on you, if you do the camper.

 

The problem with survival is that we have to camp, if you don't camp after wave 6, they will just spawn a guy right next to you and he will shotgun you in the face. Right now, Processed is like the only survival that can be soloed while hanging outdoors. Industrial is possible up to wave 8, but without someone to help out, they find a way to get you.

 

The Zombie Clause

I understand why some people don't like zombies, but for some of us zombies are not a phase. We are the apocalyptic genre types. If they put it in a survival, the anti-zombies people can just ignore it. I want a zombie version of Los Santos Connection. Well, I don't think they'll ever put zombies in GTA, but I can dream about it.

How about a survival where an endless horde of kittens bunnies unicorns attack, with the occasional fairy in place of the helicopter? It would be a very nice change from all the zombie related crap that exists.

 

It shall be called: 'LSD Mode' or 'Acid Mode'
