Did R* shut down the online servers? (PS3)

Just checked back in...still down. Haven't played in about a week though

Shutdown is because Rockstar has decided to give all the items like beer hat to everybody!

That is definitely 100% never going to happen. Lol

 

 

I haven't reinstalled GTA V and DLC and got the rest now - I had only the benedicts beer hat
