So the new cars a not that competitive, not great for Racers out there. one could argue that new cars are for collectors but there's no new garage space for collectors.

This happened to my buddy last night. We finished up our racing last night (after about 30 minutes of us not being able to connect to the party, or join each other's games), and we all went to free mode. Once again, none of us ending up in the same session. My friend ended up in a public session. Now, despite having his spawn location set to his bunker, he was dropped in the middle of downtown, literally in the middle of a gun fight between a player and the NPC cops. As soon as he spawned in, the player accidentally killed my friend. What is the point in having the spawn location option, if the game is just going to drop you anywhere it wants to after leaving the job list?

I click on go online, then choose join friends. Instead of putting me in the session with the 4 others in my party, it drops me into a session with two other friends who are playing that aren't in my party. On top of that, I keep getting dropped (and it isn't my system or internet, none of my other games are dropping me). So yes, Rockstar, let's add more modes and more vehicles but not fix any of the connection issues that plague this game.

"Join friends" has never been specific. It doesn't need to be fixed as you can either join through the party or use the pause menu friends option to "Join game".

1. The cops just have to shoot you to death over a stolen car, robbing a store with a broken bottle, etc.

 

 

2. You steal a $500.000 super car off the street but can't place it in your garage or sell it when it's GTA not primary school.

 

3. Unable to rob gun stores, clothing stores, hairdressers etc.

 

4. Everybody's allowed to buy a Rhino Tank off a website instead of having to steal one from Fort Zancudo.

 

5. No Forced + Pickups option for the capture creator.

 

6. Endless freezing.

 

GTA Online is still good but needs to change.

True. If you manage to get one, you could have a friend airlift you out of the base with a cargobob they probably just found.

*NPCs can magically glue their asses and teleport to cover.

 

This motherf*cker in a survival was dead ass in front of two crates. He cha cha slid his ass all the way behind the left crate, no running, no nothing. Like dude. No. If we can't...f*cking....bullet time cartwheel into cover, neither should NPCs, that's some cheating ass sh*t.

Just occurred to me that the one thing you should see--but don't--in GTA Online are NPCs texting while driving. lol

 

...would at least make some of the pathetic driving seem plausible.

I get it. The ones that randomly cross the center line and drive right at you, especially when you're trying to deliver an IE car and watching the map for grieffers LOL.

Rockstar has hit a new low for me, lower than low, like sh*t tier. Here I am, playing the ULP Escort mission, and I have to tell this noob how to lock on missiles. I typed in the in game phone...

I sh*t you not, from almost the moment the mission began until end, it said "checking text for profanity."

I already sent the dude an instant message through Xbox. Really? 6 f*cking characters requires you to check for profanity for almost 15 goddamn minutes?

Wow...checking for profanity in a mature rated game. What is this...f*cking plants vs zombies? My little pony? Splatoon? Mario Kart?

No, it's GTA. Where you rob, kill, and steal.

Charging 100k for a night vision/thermal helmet that can't even be used in contact missions. Meanwhile, NPCs can see in the dark, through bushes and behind their backs

^ Another thing re profanity filters: Apparently they use one and the same profanity filter (English) for German texts, too, and probably for other languages, I imagine.

 

My German friends get their messages on Social Club and in-game frequently and without warning mangled into an illegible mess, because sequences like 'nig', 'reich', 'hj', and many more, got replaced with *****, without warning. Ok, I myself don't find profanity filters necessary in the first place, but I understand where the aforementioned examples cause a problem for some in the US (N-word, neo-fascist vernacular, etc.); however, in Germany these are in 99% of all cases completely innocent parts of thousands of quite common words, e.g. "erfolgreich" (successful), "wenig" (few, little), "Ohje!" (a popular exclamation like "Argh!"). Imagine how German texts look after a profanity-treatment!

 

Meanwhile, a huge amount of actual mean German words (and they have some pretty mean ones) comes through; so, dear fellow players, if you encounter two German messages, one full of ***, the other sparkly clean, it is probably the latter throwing the actual abuse at you, while the former probably was just asking if everything's fine

Akula stealth mode = right d pad

Office helipad autoland = right d pad

 

Manually land on office roof helipad to avoid despawn - good

Conduct business and return to roof - good

Jump in to cockpit and go in to stealth before liftoff (which you can do everywhere else) -NOT good. Instantly lands you back on the pad and puts you in office, despawns your Akula, and if you just got it delivered to a nearby location beforehand makes you wait till the cooldown timer completes before you can respawn it somehwere other than on your rooftop helipad or at least close by.

I miss the armored trucks. I always found it a nice little challenge to get the money and get away before the cops showed up. One time I used a cargo bob to lift the truck right off the street then air lifted it to the top of one of the skyscrapers. Then I flew up then parachuted down to it, took out the guards and grabbed the money.
