Been a fan since MK1, played at least 6/7 mk games, and played Injustice (and enjoyed it a lot). I like the new characters, the new brutality system, and the skins they gave to some characters that needed something fresh. The gameplay is fluid and doesn't require a promlg420genius to master a character. Also like the new different fighting styles, so you have to carefully choose one, instead of just simply having one character with 392849 powers and be completely op like Ermac and Kenshin used to be. Now you gotta choose which powers suit your game style. The game looks awesome, better than ever. And it has no longer that childish feel MK always had. Now it feels darker and more mature. I love it. MK9 was a 9/10. This? This to me is a 10/10. Only problem is the input lag in online, which the only fighting game I played that didn't have it was Tekken. And if people complain about input reading on the AI, please, stop playing fighting games. It has always been like that, in every single goddamn fighting game in the history of gaming. Jvaz615 Posted April 17, 2015 Share Posted April 17, 2015 Love this game. 10/10 for me. So much to do which keeps it feeling like you're accomplishing something. Story does a good job of making the characters feel real and also does good with fleshing the new characters especially 4 kids of fighters. The ending got me pretty hyped to see where they take the next one. The actual combat is very fluid and the multiple fight styles really help you to be able to not just aet yourself on one fighter because you dont loke the others styles. I was hoping that they focused more on the outworld invasion of Earthrealm. Maybe a future beat-em up game like Shaolin Monks could do it justice.
