You CAN use the stun gun online. I wish I had recording ability. I killed two cops at the impound with melee. in my inventory, until I started a job was the stun gun. The stats on SC do not show any kills by using it.

A good hour of fun in freeroam, LG btw.....

I just realised that in terms of character and vehicle customisation, Saints Row 4 knocks gta online down.

This is the thing though. I started a new character, I was bored. So when you are given the first mission from Lamar to go steal coke for G, I decided to not do it right away, I roamed around. Ended up at the impound and killed two cops that did not retaliate or give a wanted level. My pistol from Lamar was replaced with the stun gun.

Because Saint's Row can go as ridicoulous as it wants to go. I can make a game that is utterly ridicoulous where you can put an animated robotic dildo onto your car and it would still be more than GTAO does.

I was surprised to see cops quietly driving around a car park with the passenger shineing his torch around.

The other day I realised you can sit down on the couch at the Barber shop. Are there any other places you can sit down, that isn't your house / apartment?

Whilst doing Grand Tour in my Jester Racecar, I realised the massacro (original, maybe even racecar) is ridiculously good off-road. Two guys had a 1 second lead on me going into the dirt section in sandy shores, but by the time I got to the other side of sandy shores airfield, they had a 10 second lead :O (I was so annoyed! grrr...)

The jester is just terrible off-road. Its not the Massacro being good - all sports cars are quite good except for the Jester.

Gus Mota is a moron.

...no, really - do NOT try to be adventurous and use a plane in 'Bust Out', because while he'll board it just fine, it's the 'disembarking' bit that all goes f*ckup.

Did it using my Dodo - he got in, but when I put it down in the reservoir, even when it reached the bank, he wouldn't get out. Tried again, aiming to put down on dry land this time - he hangs on the side (like you can on the Granger/Roosevelt), and it's all going well...

...until he randomly decides to let go mid-flight. :beerhat:

The one thing i see that people dont seem to know.....is on the mission "A Titan of a Job" when some noob blows up the tractor/trailer parked in front of the Titan..........there is no need to take out the engines on the titan in the debris while trying to take off (yes it can still take off but 90% of the time the pilot ends up crashing trying to land it)..........there is a heavy lift on the right hand side inside the hanger that can pick up the trailer and move it out of the way

Really? I've never been in there without the auto-animation of sitting down in the barber's chair kicking in.

That's a bit like saying Steven Seagal is a better actor than Robert De Niro. Edited by OurJud

I have to walk up to the seat and press right on the d-pad to get my hair done...

The couch is at the Barber shop with the big glass windows at the front, the easiest one to get to is in Alta.

I have both, that's the only good thing about it, plus gta v is not terrible its very good, saints row customisation is just better

Because Saints Row is not embeded into any kind of reality, you see,I too can make a game where you can put...I dunno...a hotdog on the hood of your car...But that's not what GTA is,you can't compare it and be fair at the same time.

you could compare it up to saints row 2 but after that they got a little excited but it is what it is

i think saints row 2 came out after gta 4 and gta is a better game all around, the customisation and world interaction is better in saints but gameplay is horrible especially driving and shooting

I didn't - disagree - with you,I just said as a developer, you can add things into Saints Row you could not in GTAV,I mean you could but, that would be a lil bit controversial.

After taking a photograph, there are a few moments where you are unable to run and are largely vulnerable while your snap is being saved. However you can enter a vehicle, or even just press Circle/B to close your phone and completely skip this process. Check your Snapmatic and the photograph will be there.

Sitting down in the Barber Shop caused a terrible, game-breaking glitch that R* patched a while back - you could take 3rd person Snapmatics of your character.

Confirmed. Has been patched. Aiming with a sticky to make a third person selfie has also been patched. R* patches all fun glitches.

You can airlift a car from the impound lot with a cargobob. Did that in the days before the fee was 250 gta$. You get a wanted level and the trouble shaking the cops is not worth the fee.

The yellow submarine spawns in online at the boat harbor across the helicopter platform at the marina.

Saints Row does, but it's a different kind of game. SR4 is a lot more cartoony, and graphics are imo nearer GTA III than V.

It's a good game, but no GTA beater imo. V is still the best of the sandbox world games.

Was doing some downtown sniping and I actually saw that the outside elevators of a building visibly moved up and down. And after jumping onto the bell tower in the shopping district, I discoveren they actually ring on the hour :D

Love that even after playing since day 1, I still discover more details.

Sticky-bomb 3rd-person selfies are still possible, as of ...yesterday!

Finally figured out how to do it - you have to have the bomb out and held before you get your phone out. Having the phone out first, then readying the bomb, means the Snapmatic 'app' button greys out.

I've been trying this on the 360. It seems to be a next gen glitch, possibly just PS4? The phone goes away on the 360. It looks like it's going to work at first, but fails.

While I'm here - I know that while parachuting you take 3rd person snaps, but is there another way on the 360 / PS3?

And that's my point and directly saying.

To me, in terms of 'Customisation', SRIV is better than GTAV. But not the driving, the shooting, the physics, etc.

Man, after reading few posts of reply, GTA fans seem like quickly pissing in their pants once there are 'Saints Row' and 'Better' words combined, then show disagreement without further reading and understanding the actual meaning of the post.

De Niro is better at acting in general.

Steven Seagal is better at fighting scene.

Just like GTAV. It's a great action game.

Yet Saints Row IV has better customisation of character and vehicle.
