One of the guys that works at 7-11 by my house has 2 thumbs on one hand. I always wondered if he's a beast at video games. I don't have the heart to ask though. He's a cool guy and I don't wanna make him feel some type of way over a dumb question like that.

One of the most valuable pieces of information i got from this thread and it was learning that the L stick controls your spin when in the air in a car but more importantly when you hold X it will control ...the other way...flat spin.

 

IS THIS GONE!? Wouldn't work for me earlier!

 

Also - it doesn't matter which character you choose when going from online to SP...it will choose randomly.

I discovered you can buy shoes in Ammunation about 1 second ago

and I bet it was the same reason why i did...because i rarely go to ammunation as I just fill up before a mission until R* added the option to have multiple bullet proof vests...and the shoes are right there beside the vest haha

Yeah dude...you can equip them in the quick menu. Depending on your rank you can hold up to ten...I think. Very handy.

There are two types of fire extinguishers in Ammunation. If you shoot the water extinguisher it leaks liquid. If you shoot the other extinguisher is shoots compressed retardant powder.

 

 

 

 

Also, the police can open up the back door of the Vanilla unicorn to come and kill you if youre having a stand off there. As soon as the club resets and the strippers/bartender come back the door is locked again.

I just found out about the 'shoplift' option (press square while browsing) in convenience stores. Quite funny one gets a 1 star wanted level for stealing an Ego Chaser or something similar.

I never realised until now, just how much more immersive 1st person mode is if you sit 18 inches from your tv... with the lights out.

 

Not having anything in your real world peripheral to lift you from the game, honestly does increase the effect of the 1st person by lots.

 

I wouldn't reccommend you do this for long periods, though. It can't possibily be good for your eyes.

 

It fact, it's so effective that I'm now mentally designing some kind of long, pitch-black enclosed box that I can sit in, so that I can get this effect but from a safe viewing distance.

I knew you could break down the fencing at the Flight School entrance, which was always my preferred method of entry. The only gate I know how to open (from the outside) is the one furthest away from the terminal which grants you access when you order an aircraft from Pegasus.

 

Of course, you can also sneak in along the south bank and enter between the hangars.

 

 

the gate next to where the jump is, just drive up, the barrier opens, stop short of the gate, get out, walk around the gate to the inside of the airport and walk in to the gate a bit (I walk in to it and then push forwards and left to walk back to the post you just walked around), it disappears, drive through and it closes again after you.

Not been scientific about this yet, but fairly sure the shopkeepers empty their tills faster if you use a louder weapon. Have been levelling my SMG and I'm sure they jump that bit faster than when I was on a silenced carbine.

 

Oh, and if you shoot the rear tyres out on an Albany Emperor you've just found the slowest car in the game.

Yup, we were able to do this from the start. Lot of people didn't know about it though...and still don't.

I sit 10 feet from a 106" screen in a pure black room. In effect is exactly the same as this, but not f*cking retarded.

Whilst doing Grand Tour in my Jester Racecar, I realised the massacro (original, maybe even racecar) is ridiculously good off-road. Two guys had a 1 second lead on me going into the dirt section in sandy shores, but by the time I got to the other side of sandy shores airfield, they had a 10 second lead (I was so annoyed! grrr...)
