The game makes NPCs steal player cars if the player leaves the cars on the road in a way that blocks traffic.

Pretty interesting, must be a new feature because I don't remember this ever happening before.

It's not new. I've seen NPCs steal cop cars before too that were left on the street. First time it happened it creeped me the f*ck out.

They stole my car several times. The funniest time was when, during the Union Depository Heist, one NOOSE agent took my getaway vehicle (it was my personal Jester RR) and began to run away from me! Instead of hiding with money from the police, I was forced to chase my own car. And it was very difficult to catch up a top-tuned RR with a random street car.  At the time, I didn't find it funny.

My favorite is the biker resupply mission at Tequila-la. Women run out when you start fighting with the Lost and they WILL steal whatever vehicle you arrived with. It's "hilarious" to see you Hydra or attack helicopter halfway across the map because some Lost floozy stole it.

Yes there those special scripted NPCs too. But in a traffic random ones won't do it.

I think they can fly helicopters and jetpacks, but not hydra, because of it's vertical mode. I tested this a few years ago. The woman does get into the hydra, but can't lift off.

putting on a aircraft helmet gives you a real HUD in first person mode, while flying

putting on a stuntsuit/bikersuit gives you a reduce of damage, while crasing on a bike

But on topic - Has the character creator been improved since launch? I noticed my character had a weak chin when I finally shaved him, so I went into the character creator to see if I could improve it and the CC is almost identical to the RDO one.

According to this it's not exactly worth it.

I didn't realise they give me money though? $50k per level and $1m for hitting 1000??

yeah, this is my goal, from level 200 for 20k per level, from level 250 50k per level

I'm at 290 so turns out idling to fill nightclub and safes also pays pretty well all by itself.

Passive Bunker, Nightclub, NC safe, Agency Safe. You can pull down an extra million for no work.

f*ck the nightclub safe, arcade is fine, and tbh I'm rarely bothered about bunker either.

I didn't know there is a Rehab center in the game before the newest DLC. A few weeks ago i was there for the first time, a NC bouncer mission did send me there.

An alarm on the Cayo Perico Heist is treated as (at minimum) a 3-Star Wanted level - this happened when I entered the compound with a devil may care alarm raise.

TIL of a way to drive a CEO vehicle as a MC biker. As a CEO I flew to my clubhouse in my CEO Buzzard. Went to the mission board and pressed X to change to an MC Biker. Picked one of the clubhouse missions (the new steal Oppressor one) and left the clubhouse. I ran to my Buzzard, jumped in, and flew away. Halfway on the flight I realized I was in a MC while flying my CEO Buzzard. Using the mission board as a non-standard way to become an MC biker must confuse the game.

I just found out that when flying the Sparrow that you buy for the Kosatska, if you fire a homing missile without a target and immediately pop flares, the missile will do a near 180 degree turn to chase one down. 

Update: You can fire multiple missiles (two seems most reliable) and they'll still chase the flares. Makes for a great fireworks show.

In Zancudo you can often find folk fishing too.

I can see that put to good use when chased by undesirables.
