Yes those can, same for ultralight, seabreeze, probably more aircrafts that have no weapons option. Also it works on a thruster even if you do have rockets on it.

Imani can sometimes source you an all-black Police Bike. You have to get lucky while being somewhere relatively close to a police station. So far I've had it spawn at the Sandy Shores Sheriff station, and at La Mesa, as pictured here. I believe it can also spawn at Mission Row precinct too.

 

Clearly this is an easter egg stating that Cops N' Crooks is coming soon!!!!!! /s

I want that bike now, I've been trying to find a black Sovereign for months now.

On topic: Despite being seasonal unlocks, the Sovereign (Patriot civilian version of the Police Bike) and Sanctus (Halloween/Ghost Rider bike) bikes were both able to be obtained through the career builder on the Xbox Series X version back on release day of these newer versions of the game. Not sure if they're still available that way, they might get removed from the feature in a later update if they haven't already.

I've had Imani give me a black Sovereign exactly once - I have no idea what I actually did to get it to spawn though!

Well, I was doing more testing... and guess what spawned outside the gun store in Paleto Bay! It's a shame it can't be saved with the black paint.

That's the cool thing about the Auto Shop missions. The NPCs are actually going somewhere and will stop when they get there. The MOC from the army base stops at the NOOSE building. I believe the train stops somewhere too.

The Lost MC Gang Burrito on Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S spawns in classic black in the first setup for "The Lost Contract" from Los Santos Tuners, this currently is the only mission I've seen it not painted matte black in.

Edit: Here's a screenshot below, there wouldn't be a reflection if it was matte black.

It's also not matte black in the final for the Lost Contract, and in the Ms Baker freemode mission where you need to escort a security truck back to the casino.

During the Big Con approach, if you select the grupe secchs disguise, you don't actually need to do the level 2 security pass prep. You will only need to hack the door that leads to the stairs, and you will get the fingerprint hack, not the blue dots one. Since it's much more easier, it should not take you more than 30 seconds

Yea, the one with two floors looks more like a grungy workshop apartment while the one with only one floor looks like a clubhouse. I currently have the one with two floor as my city home.

If you want to know what the exterior of these layouts would have looked from the outside, you can look at the Vagos safehouse which is on La Mesa(the two store building with a metal garage door and simple door to it's right, from the main entrance where there's more Vagos hanging around) and nearby the CEO Import/export garage, and The Lost MC club near the casino(Building to your left after the main entrance).

 

But spoiler alert: None of the Motorclub safehouses you can buy will even remotely come close to resemble those exteriors.

For award "Death by Drive-by" you dont actually have to be passenger in someone's vehicle for your kills to count... you can be solo driver AND shooter . I just didnt get damn game 'explanation' correctly
