Except, if you ever played the OG version of Rooftop Rumble, you'd know that the target originally spawned... on the rooftop of that building (not the top level of a Parking Garage).

 

It's only the glitch/exploit that caused R* to "fix" it by moving them inside on the ground level parking "garage".

And then they "fixed" it again, by having it spawn on the bridge behind the building after killing everyone inside.

You will only see the Organization name of a other Organization when they speak the same language as you do.

 

F.e. : all other germans will see in game the Name of my Organization but all other will see " an Organization" is doing something.

Interesting, that might be a workaround for languages like Japanese, Russian and so on, because having the game in English doesn't render those characters if someone names their organisation with those characters. Odd how it applies to German though...

Strongly suspect it's more about the reverse, people in Germany not being able to see external UGC. There's a whole bunch of almost innocuous Org names I could go with that would break German law.

Even when ur english u wont be able to see my orga name ( even if its in english) and will get the usual "Organization" notice.

it should work just fine since German and english use the exact same font file
font_lib_efigs (english, french, italian, german, spanish)

so all these languages use the same font file so letters like ßäöü would display just fine.
korean, japanese, chinese and simple chinese have their own font file.
probably the reason why on PC these white boxes appear, bc they are maybe chinese and the game can´t display it in efigs languages if it´s chinese or something.
i even checked the font file for the organization text which appears in your office.
it contains from what i saw all the efigs letters.
so should be no problem at all

Ackshuwally, it was never hidden. Only the Sentinel XS has this option. The non-XS cabrio version doesn't, as well as some other custom options.
