Fun fact a lot of the power of that scene in HEAT comes from the tactival advice given by the advisor, some guy from Hereford, a nice dose of reality vs like COMMANDO

The single player mission Blitz Play is based off the armored truck robbery early in the movie.

In front of Franklins house, there are 2 indestructable cars, an Ignus and an Astro.

 

Sometimes Franklin goes to the Agency with his green Bike, that he also owns in Singleplayer, it replaces his Buffallo STX in the garage then.

I shot at the cars with explosive shotgun, they didn't move an inch. It's just weird there are indestructable cars standing around, kinda kills immersion.

yep.
it will take a long time.
but like a few months after the casino heist dlc came out, i succeeded in getting everything.
they will be in your office on the desk and in some few random spots in the office.

That happens now and then in freeroam. I've encountered NPC cars who run me down and although I usually let it go, now and then I decide to blow them up and they are indestructable using the Mk2 shotgun with splody rounds or grenade launcher. From memory, one of them was a Cheval Fugitive and another was a Benefactor Schwartzer. Weirds me out when it happens. Yesterday I kept seeing export vehicles with no blue dot, like a modded Banshee 900R at Legion Square. I could drive it but it wouldn't trigger the corona to appear at Terminal.

There is several combinations for them... I wanted to make photos, but I kinda stopped playing GTAO - I saw just one car, or two, and I'm 99% sure they changed orientation/position and Ignus was in different colors (it's white but I think it was green also). 

My Auto-shop is few streets down next to Plaza Mall at Burton and every other customer car I have to deliver is few houses from Franklins so I could check on them often

A recurring post here, lady cops. Only ever seen them on motorbikes toward the eastern highway's ammunation. But after molotoving a passerby who I didn't look the like of, a bunch of cops came running from the police station, and one made a lady sound when I murdered her. So a first in over 8 years and a victory for equality #ghostdog

Spawn rates for female enemy peds have also been increased in missions, at least in The Contract (e.g. Lost gangsters), it almost looks 50/50 at times too.

The export vehicles with no dot are usually one that another player got into then abandoned.

Also Imani's bike is sometimes replaced by Lamar's Emperor. I guess this is when Lamar apparently spawns in the upstairs break room.

One thing that might be obvious, but I really like is that Franklin and Chop actually leave the Agency at night because Franklin has a family. It always annoyed me that our Properties were so stale and unchanging. Always the same NPC's no matter the time or date. Does my Assistant never leave my Office?

 

Just replacing the NPC's with generic ones now and again that perform exactly the same would be a nice change. Why we have two receptionists at the Agency is beyond me, rotate them for some realism.

Okay... before you embark on this quest, here is my personal experience, so you know what you're up against;

 

- Each individual cat took anything from 45 - 75 minutes of non-stop attempts focusing on one cat to pickup.

- Master Hentai, Princess Robot Bubblegun & Shiny Wasabi Kitty were all be picked up without being dislodged with snacks, but took WAY longer, I'm talking multiple days of non-stop attempts for hours on end.

 

Get some films or video podcasts you know you'lll enjoy listening to but aren't so dedicated you need to keep visually focused, bunker down and be ready to switch your brain into a low-gear primal mode of being able to perfectly time the forward then left motion detached from your emotional reactive capacity - it's gonna be one hell of a grind. Also you don't need both Poopy cats, I did get both of them and only one of them appears in your Arcade Office - winning each one also unlocks it as a (unfortunately extremely smaller) Casino Penthouse Decoration.

Cofounder payphone missions: the prostitute and the cofounder spawn outside of the motel room. The girl spawns a bit earlier, walks away for a while, then runs the hell out when she's out of cofounder's sight, which shows she knows what's going on.

I think they are different enemy types and the mission creators actually decided to include both the male and female enemies. I assume this because that's how making Survivals in the Creator is. One enemy type is all Lost guys and a different enemy type is all Lost women.

 

The new hats from this DLC can be worn inside cars. It took me a while to figure out why my character looked weird in convertibles. It's because they were wearing a hat.

Probably an oversight but you can't buy the Pink Flat Back Cap at the Record A Studios. (I noticed there was one less backward than forward so I went through until I found the missing one.)
