Theres some more things I read about it here but I never tried any of them.

The Barrage and maybe some others have certain hidden liveries in here. I believe it was the Avon Hertz enemy version.

 

Also it apparently has the function of the MOC/Avenger as I’ve read people can put Benny wheels on their Insurgent custom here? So I guess it functions as LSC, Benny’s and MOC at the same time?

You're probably mixing in merge glitches here, as many of them in the past used the arena workshop, to access for example locked liveries, but again, that is a glitch. (Versions of it would allow colored headlights on the Oppressor Mk II though, plus many other things.)

 

Putting Benny's wheels on the Insurgent Pick-Up Custom and Technical Custom only works because the game identifies these as "upgraded" vehicles, like all Benny's cars, and the upgraded arena vehicles. That is normal though, and not a glitch... well, it is a programming oversight probably.

I'm not sure if it's 15 minutes or 48 minutes, but I'm only getting $100 per payment.

 

I know the max payout is $10k, I just don't want to maintain the popularity anymore.

good choice, its not worth it. even changing the DJs is too much hustle concerning the payout.

just ignore the club itself and concentrate on the production in the basement

Now hold on a second, what do you mean all helicopters can float on the sea surface? Any time I've gotten my buzzard near the surface of any body of water it sinks. I have to hover just above it using the throttle in order to rescue friends from the water.

All helicopters float. Try it on flat water. Put her down gently.

No, the MK2 doesnt have the option to mod it in the workshop, you also cant do it with the special vehicles (technical aqua, ruiner2k, ect.) as they cant be stored in the workshop

Don't jam the brake button (L2 for PS4), hover over the water and let the heli descend on its own slowly. If done right, you'll hover right above water and won't sink even if the "legs/wheels" of the heli are submerged. Again, this isn't no Sea Sparrow/Breeze so don't try to actually land on the water - your heli will sink ofc. But it'll be low enough for other players to get in.

What about the big waves? Do they Hit you or are you "Riding" with Them During hovering?

- Fortified, Fully loaded, plowed (VIP Jobs)

- A Bunker supply run

Not truly freemode, but you could also start a contact mission without wanted levels like Chopper Tail.

The Junk Energy site came up as one of the random suggestions on the EyeFind homepage, but you can also type it into the searchbar (not the URL bar, I don't think you can type in there). I think it was the "Adrenaline Junkies" tab that brought up the map.

To be more specific: The difference is identifiable by how many floors the Clubhouse has. Those with 2 floors have a different set of murals than those with just 1 floor.

Nope, IIRR there are a couple 2-story Clubhouses in Blaine County and 1-story buildings in LS.
