Like 2 days ago i noticed that as a CEO during casino heist preps, the option bribe cops seems to be greyed out, but you can still select it and it will start the bribe cops timer and takes 18k.

Was messing around with a annihilator & a gta buddy and noticed something i've never seen before:

When sitting in the 'side' of the heli and zooming a sniper, the minimap zooms out so aggressively that if you do it near the center of the map (a bit more into the mountains from the position shown in the above screenshot) you can literally see the entire landmass

Someone mentioned this the other day in another thread, and while it's not exactly a masterstoke of genius and insight, because it was persumably originally found by simply mashing the wrong buttons, I never knew about it.

 

Hitting left or right in the phone contacts to speed dial and jump through the menu.

 

3 to the right and you get the mechanic. Well, until they add another contact anyway.

 

Just repeating it here for those who didn't see it.

 

Hell, I've got 940 real world days in this game and I didn't know about it so colour me humble.

Did you know you can call actual numbers when u press space bar in the contacts list? you can find numbers for most people online, and you can also call 911, great for missions where you need a ambulance/firetruck/cop car
(like "Humane Raid - Key Codes" or "Heist Prep: Paramedic Equipment" & a few others i dont remember the name of)

That's a cool find but I have to wonder how the f*ck can someone play with the map so clustered like that.

 

On topic: They added a option to hide the arcade blips from the other players AND yours with this update.

 

That's great! But it would be nice if we could hide away ALL property blips from the map, I own about 20 different properties that always shows on the map and they cluster the borders.

Dont think i've ever hidden blips, not even sure where i would go do that, its only so bad in the shared image because of the zoom, i see idk ~10 icons at edge of my minimap normally, theres nothing wrong with that imo.

Something new to me today. 

 

Most smaller air conditioning units (on the roof of most buildings) can now be blown up. I presume this links with the Yacht mission where this is an objective - but now it happens all around the map.

The glory that is Standard FPS control allows you to spam snacks while running, but the new bit to me is this allowing you to empty pretty much any cart in the vault during the gas and then run out chomping on meteorites.

- Before you could avoid raids if you registered as MC inside a building. But that apparently that dosn't work with Arcades. I registered as MC using the command center to buy supplies but... I couldn't. I only realized that it was happening after I went outside...

Also one of my other MC businesses was already shutdown so apparently I was raided before without even realizing it...  I think there might be a glitch that won't notify you about it if you doing Business Battles or sitting inside your arcade.

Noticed something was changed about Mors Mutual the other day, if you have multiple vehicles 'on backlog' over at Mors Mutual, in the past when you called for multiple vehicles in a row it would put the first one in their parking lot and then all follow-ups would go straight to your garage, but now suddenly its replacing the parking lot vehicle, you call for vehicle A, it goes to Mors parking lot, you call for vehicle B, vehicle A goes to your garage and vehicle B goes to their parking lot, you call for vehicle C and it puts vehicle B in your garage & vehicle C at their parking lot, etc.

Can confirm now it's possible to get all gold on hard with 2 players and the 5% hacker:

 

 

It's not easy though; good hacking and coordination is required. In the layout we had, only cart C doesn't take damage from gas, but simply moving into the corner from H also prevents death. We had luck with the daily vault of $99k, so we still got +$51k despite shooting our way out.

Mission Row Police Station

 

If you go down to the cells, the door at the end of the cell block actually opens and has a small corridor that leads to a rear entrance (that's a dead-end mind you). I always thought that door was the end of the interior. Also, in the armoury on the ground floor, all the weapons in the gun cabinets are super low poly and even have severe "backface" culling... you can see it plain as the nose on your face if you do NOOSE Disguise Prep for the Casino and one of the bags is in there.

Just discovered this because of circumstances: was doing the Boring machine prep, got the truck and the police went after me. There was a parachute event running, so there was a plane nearby. Decided to take it to lose the heat. Turned out the police can't even see you when you are in the said plane (while doing a mission, I guess). GG

You can  carry a Solomon movie prop, and a Hostile Takeover briefcase at the same time.

There's more properties at Eclipse than there are property slots, ie you can have a stack of 8 garages in one building. I always avoided it because well yeah.

No, once you've done the boring machine prep once and dragged its fat ass back to LS, you don't need to do it again, you can just skip that optional mission and still go in via the sewers.
