True, but I'm still talking compared to even 2014-2016 - I'd take things like the Buzzard out and lure police choppers over my yacht (so this'd be around March/April 2016), shoot down enough to get a five-star wanted level, then bail, get to the bridge of the yacht (because you can get in there even while the police are after you), wait to lose the wanted stars, and then watch for the instant explosion when the yacht defences kicked back in and shot down any police helicopters still hovering around.

 

Thing was, with either the Buzzard or the Annihilator, you'd normally need to just keep chipping away at the police choppers to get them to explode - by which point, you'd be better off aiming for the pilot (all the while trying not to collide with anything and screw up the whole effort) - now, though, the Buzzard's guns seem the same as usual when I'm doing SecuroServ stuff, but when I tried out the Annihilator the other day, it cut through things in seconds, much more like the Stromberg.

 

It's definitely been buffed again more recently - I just don't know when (Smuggler's Run, perhaps?), or by how much.

I don't think it has been buffed...

I didn't know that if you login to GTAOnline everything from your account can be erased from existence... GOOD JOB R*! This game been out for like 7 years now yet and somehow you STILL can despoilment us.
 

Edit: Good news everyone! Apparently they fixed it so the quarantine is over, you can login again. But if you experienced this bug - all your cars now might be in different garage than they were before.

If you Press R1 or L1 (rotate) while gaining height in a helicopter, you Will Go Up faster, I tested IT with a buzzaard. 20 seconds for 1000 feet without rotating, 17 seconds with rotating

I didn't know that players could log into the game and realize they have lost almost everything.  LOL  No, I haven't experienced this bug myself, thank God... but now I'm wondering if I should even risk it.  Reddit GTA V Online is lit.  A lot of livid players who lost all their sh*t.  Not good Rockstar, not good.

So, as we all know if you drive along a road in the wrong lane, heading into incoming traffic, NPC drivers will flash their lights at you and try to swerve out of your way in panic. 

 

Has anyone noticed that if you turn off your vehicle headlights in the dark of night and drive the wrong way, NPC drivers notice you much less? So if you're driving something that's capable of smashing them off the road, a Phantom Wedge for example, it's much easier to catch 'em unaware! Doesn't work for every NPC driver, but it's noticeably different.

This is probably more GTA 5 related than Online, but I thought I'd still post it here. When you finish Story Mode you can see they put in the credits all the new songs for the new radios added with the latest updates. I thought that was pretty cool.

Suuuure the dude was bitching and moaning, right? Its not like he was simply informing people and warning them that there was a glitch that could potentially remove all your progress from the game. One of those recent "THINGS YOU DON'T KNOW ABOUT" until it happens to you as well. And a post like this could easily worn me and many others.

Sure, Its good that they fixed it so quickly but yesterday? At that point in time? Literally no one knew if your progress was gone forever or not... You should be thanking him instead of being passive aggressive and condescending cause you are bored at home.

There's probably a legal reason as well. You have to credit people if they are part of the project.

...welp: that looks pretty much as potent as when I used it the other day.   I guess I've either neglected the Annihilator for that long, or I've just gotten more proficient with the darn thing (despite barely playing GTAO these days, and having not touched an Annihilator in literally years) - go figure...

That leads to the question, I ASK myself a long time: will cops spot you easier with headlights on, when they Chase you or you are hiding. Everybody know the situation, Drive in an alley, lights Off and hope. Ist there an effect?

I didn't know

- I can move a painted sovereign safely between garages these days, in the past it would always lose the paint/revert to the butt-ugly 'murica livery, but no longer the case.

- How the western deathbike is actually fast as hell but also terrible at landing any sort of jumps, is the only bike that seems to want to lay on the ground completely upside down & the light created by NOS is lagging behind where it should be (try it parked and driving)
- That choosing to skip the initial GTA5 menu (to go straight for loading Online) seems to be a one way option, turned it on but cant for the life of me find anywhere to turn it back off

Complaints, warnings about bugs and negative comments can go in Bitch & Moan thread. That way we can localise all complaints and personal warnings about the game. There is a reason for this. It keeps arguments and toxicity levels to one place. So negative things about GTA Online are mostly isolated to one place and not spread around every thread which ignites plenty of petty arguments and off-topic posts. 

 

I didn't remove his post, I left it there as a friendly warning that posts like it can go in to that other topic. It's a reminder that anyone that things they're going to complain about GTAO, there's another thread for it. It's a logical stance. And my decision. It's not your decision to make - not that I have to explain myself to you.

 

By your own logic another person can write something like "I didn't know that in GTAO there are griefers and squeekers and that it's crap."  The statement isn't wrong technically, just not for this topic.

I believe you hit pause, online and it's under "saving and startup".
