I didn't know traffic actually goes through dirt road besides Sandy Shores airfield. This might have been caused by me having found 5 slasher clues, but still waiting for slasher to appear.

There was this new user some  posting about a tool to create solo lobbies on PC half an hour ago: Now, don't fall for any tools, you don't need them.

Switch to windowed mode (Alt+Enter), Alt+Tab to desktop (or use windows key or anything which makes GTA loose focus), move mouse pointer to top right of screen, Alt+Tab back to GTA, move mouse to minimize icon, hold minimize icon for 12 to 15 seconds.

That's it ...

Or just pull out your ethernet cable for about 8 seconds. A million times quicker than messing about with windowed mode and task manager.

 

I'm not sure if this method works on console though.

which means if you want to be always in a solo puplic, just let it set the firewall rule and you will never see a another player again.

I have to get  under my desk to remove the cable and so will lots of ppl I guess. And while it sounds a bit complicated it is standard windows usability which is done in less than a second + the said 12 seconds.

If you regularly play in solo sessions, yes, but just to get rid of toxic players to finish whatever you are currently on a firewall is too big of a solution.

Fair enough. I suppose everyone has a different setup. My modem is right next to my TV screen (I stream from a PC in another room) so it's quite easy for me to do.

Only thing I do with randoms is Lamar Missions when I get one of the invites, and not any Lamar Mission, it's the funeral one, I love it, but most of my friends don't play those things when they're on so I join randoms, needless to say randoms quickly remind me why I don't play nothing else with them in this game.

I know, screenshot was taken before the timeframe that slasher can spawn in. Moment later I went to Sandy Shores, parked that Sandking there and climbed on its truck bed, just to get notification of slasher spawning and him standing besides the truck, staring at me.

If you steal a Grotti Carbonizzaire convertible off the street you are 100% immune from NPC gunfire like you were in an armored Kuruma.  The tire will get shot out but you will be good.  Doesn't matter if the top is down or up.  

If you see one grab it and look for a gang attack, just stay in it.  Pretty amazing.

Why you get hit by these two is beyond me. Paying Insurance should be removed, regardless whether the destroyed vehicle is yours or not, and regardless of how it was destroyed. Same goes with Bad Sport. Mass-ban all the f*cking cheats slithering in both sides, remove Bad Sport, replace it with a proper "Passive/Aggressive" lobby 'style' where you can only harm other players in an Aggressive Lobby, unless said players are your friends/crews/etc, and only if you have that setting toggled on.

If you are without a wanted level and get attacked by a gang (Vagos, Ballas, Families) you can call the police and they will fight each other.

The Oppressors were a mistake, but we all knew that already. 
 

You can actually stealth the source getaway cars prep, the inside of the police depot is easy, but when exiting the garage stay as far to the right as possible while ducking as you drive by and the 2 cops standing outside won’t see you. Sure makes grabbing them with a Cargobob MUCH easier without the wanted level.

Road vehicles that lands on its wheels will survive any huge drop, done so the gameplay would be a bit more forgiving, I assume.

 

Doesn't make sense realism wise, but it's understandable gameplay wise for sure. This is the same in any other gta game afaik.

If you push the 'bob forward and build up a little speed, then pull up hard, wait 'til the car reaches as close to horizontal with the helicopter as you can manage then release, it will often flip enough to land poorly and explode.

Insignificant fact: During the reverse driving challenge you can knock into other players in reverse and not reset your score. Hitting any other object will end your current run.
