Day 1 player and I've never been to the 'dark side'.. 

I've been in there since December 2018, and I'm due to be out by April. That's a 16 month sentence. The longest sentence is 2 years.

How do you get sentenced to years in Badsport?  And what's it like in there?  I feel like a whole other thread could be made about being "on the inside"

Blow up pv’s, quit jobs early etc. it’s hell and the time doubles every time you get sent there - it’s part of the main complaint on console is all the weaponized pv’s that players attack you with you get bad sport points against you for defending yourself.

I remember someone from these forums a while back getting sent to Bad Sport on purpose. 

They were posting daily about all the shenanigans going on in there as they tried to go about their business as usual.

The fact that the flying Dildo can be classed PV is atrocious.  I had one following me on the Merryweather insurgent delivery mission and I got clipped $20K every time [4 by memory] that my proxys got him or got a car behind me that then blew him up after he harassed me for almost 10 mins.  Glad I didn't get a sentence for that.

You have to destroy like 20 pv’s or more in a single session “ not sure the exact number “.  Keep an eye on your player status,  if it goes to dodgy then your getting close but the bs points do go away after a bit, getting commend by other players helps with that also.

When collecting Vault Keycards, if you swiped a card from the drunk guard first, you can re-enter the second guard's hotel room to complete the mission automatically.

Bad sport is like a session full of tryhards, except in this one half the players abuse any kind of glitch, like godmode glitches, teleport, off radar, invisible + off radar.

Even in a clean player lobby full of tryhards there aren't this many glitches being abused.

At peak times there's like 3 full lobbies going on, so you'll run into the same people over and over again.

Keep in mind sessions are region based and I'm from Europe so there might be more than 3 full lobbies in America and Asia, I don't know.

No real excuse for accidentally ending up there. If you want to go on a rampage just fire up Haulage or buy a £2k crate and you can blow up as many PVs as you like without BS points or insurance. Quitting jobs early is just lazy too, quit on the lobby screen or else just go make a cup of tea while the game ends.

Unless if said fence gates are the invulnerable ones that surround Humane Labs. Also 99% of the ground near those fences are too shallow or low for me to get a good jump off, and the ones that are pretty good usually end up being too high of a fall to survive (unless you get lucky with your Up n' Atomizer being aimed at the ground when you're about to smack into it, allowing you to shoot yourself and break your fall with it).

 

for context, I always spawn at the beach when I die near/in Humane Labs, so any mission there becomes extremely frustrating if I die.

So, I just found out that in your nightclub you can sell each product individually (like exclusively South American Imports)

 

Which when you think about it ensure you dont just have a technician or two just sitting doing nothing why you wait for Cargo and Shipments and/or Sporting Goods to fill up (like I am now)

This is useful to get the bunker trinket and still avoid raids. About a month ago I realized I didn't have it yet. I sold off the other stuff one product type at a time until sporting goods product was full.

So I just learned that you can't steal level 2 keycards from rival players if you kill them while they are on the prep mission. If you kill them, nothing drops, just money.

They sure have tightened up the game saving when gambling. Have been unable to cheat the way i was able to when the casino first came out. Probably for the best, i have all the money ill ever need and its not worth the potential ban/account wipe/money wipe that will inevitably happen. Was a good run though, I don't think I paid for a single DC&R dripfeed vehicle..

 

For those about to judge me, factor in 3 years worth of disappearing special and regular ammo, Titan Cargo sales missions where the last drop off doesn't work, overpriced vehicles/clothing/property, and disappearing vehicle mods from various bugs. I know I'm still in the wrong, but it was nice to take my money back.

Agreed, it is my go to vehicle for Rescue Agent 14 in DD Act III. If you reverse it, it offers almost complete protection against bullets, and can also take rockets from Buzzards and survive.

Another plus for standard FPS control scheme - as well as being able to sprint while on the phone or in the menu, and not having to mash a button to do it, you can actually neck snacks full speed (no animation) while sprinting/running too.

Well, he destroyed my parked Bike outside the Arcade for no reason, so I gave him a little retribution for my troubles. Stealing preps is not a thing I do to ppl who doesn't bother me.

 

You are such a defensive püssy that assumed I was a griefer just because I posted a curiosity about the game mechanic, without even knowing the context. Must be farmed regularly, I guess...

You can do casino heist preps in invite-only sessions. Why people choose to do them in public sessions is beyond my comprehension.

I've done all the prep missions solo so many times that I do them in public sessions now just for a change. I've never had anyone bother me while doing them in auto aim but I would never try in free aim with all the rocket spamming, mk2 flying, passive abusing, off the rader a**holes that only care about runing peoples fun and don't do business or vip stuff.
