You might know that car emblems on the front of cars sometime light up if you turn the headlights on.

Today I learned that on the Viseris they do light up as well but only when the lights are popping up. The light fades away when the pop-ups are almost fully opened

Makes me wonder if the lit up badges are actually just a reflection of the headlights somehow.

If you're set ablaze by flare gun, molotov cocktail or any other fire source weaponry, you can do a roll to extinguish it instantly.

So much for stop, drop, and roll eh?

The Cheetah Classic does the same thing, I think it must be a glitch because it doesn't really make any sense.

Maybe it's related to how some cars with car emblems that light up, said emblems turn off when you turn on the high beams?

Hmm, so my Incendiary Rounds are proved less useful. But they're still fun though.

Driving the wrong way in "Wreck It" not only turns you Ghosted to the rest of the players, you also start taking damage too.

Why this wasn't implemented in Races and Stunt Races in the first place is beyond me.

The one f*cking game mode where it's says in the description that the last place can win if the competition doesn't make it to the finish line...Leading you to believe that you could cheese wins by just blocking the road and killing everyone.

This is f*cking hilarious.

If you own a hanger-stored Cargobob, you can open and close the rear cargo ramp via the remote control menu.

If you stand on the edge of the ramp while it's closing, you can sometimes glitch onto the top of the Cargobob. This results in a dramatic and far-flung death if the rotors are spinning.

Also, in a public lobby if you can entice a random player into the Cargobob by landing near them and opening the ramp (and yes, 9 times out of 10 they will just kill you, but sometimes someone is curious enough to walk in) you can trap them in the back by closing it. Then you can get some altitude, jump out and parachute away leaving them to drop to their doom before they realize what's going on - although of course I wouldn't do something like that 😎

the tyrus has an aerial

EDIT; if you hold down the throttle while getting in and starting your car, your character won’t close the door

Sasquatch has limited ammo if used in contact missions, I tough it was infinite in free roam?

I just found out that if you stick another player with a sticky bomb and they go passive without it blowing up, the explosive will just magically detach from them and fall on the ground.

It was implemented long time ago to prevent apartment killing back in 360 days. That was a thing, yes.

If there is a car on fire on a rooftop, the firefighters will find a way to climb up to reach it.

What if you cargobob a car to the top of Maze Bank and torch it?

Now I must try it.

If you get the 'car in motion' I/E mission and you Cargobob the car (with driver) onto a roof, he will try to drive off the roof, whether he succeeds or not the car will be smashed to the maximum damage point by the time you go to retrieve it.

I deposited a car on a roof with enough parapet that it couldn't be driven off, a Buzzard had damaged the 'bob so that I couldn't make it back to the warehouse, so I got my Buzzard and dealt with the attacker, got a new 'bob from Pegasus, but when I went back to the roof the idjit npc driver had beaten the thing into $30,000 worth of damage.

So I picked the car up again (with him still in it) and flung it out to sea.

Not worth the bother!

^^ lol The LSPD will do the same thing if you drop them off on top of the Maze tower. But drop off an NPC in their car off so they can't drive off (e.g. the ledge below), and they'll just run around in hysterics. :)

Changing subjects; have known this for a while, but don't think I've shared it:

If you have a female character, and stand on the sidewalk outside of the LSC near the Los Santos airport, NPC cars that drive by will occasionally honk at you.

And though rare, if you're lucky, you can down a NOOSE chopper without blowing it up (slowly auto-rotates until it lands; but you can't steal it, since the engine is kaput). Too bad; would be the ultimate insult to NOOSE to escape with it. lol

Wish I knew what I did to kill the engine like that without blowing it up--fun watching it slowly land for a change. :)

Taking out the helicopter's tail rotor with a few well aimed (or lucky!) shots will do that.

If your helicopter is badly damaged and starts smoking, firetrucks will spawn and try to take out the "fire" when there is none.

They will be stuck in a loop shooting the water cannons until you spook them.

They one-shot oil and gas tankers if you have them on your Heavy Revolver Mk2.

Plus headshots with it are usually one-shot kill.

A PV with the same modifications as a naturally-spawning NPC-modified vehicle seems to be equally helpful in spawning others.

Wasn't always this way. If you had a buddy to play with, he could throw a sticky on you, then you could go passive and the bomb would remain stuck on you. Just go find your target and tell your buddy when to blow you up. Devilishly effective. Hence the patch to take it out.

Absolutely no one will be fascinated to know that the two parallel straight parts of the horse racing track are not quite the same width.

The straight next to the seating block is slightly wider. It's just about possible to cleanly land or take-off a Miljet on that part of the track without hitting any of the light poles or the trackside fence. It's not possible on the opposite straight - you can still just about land but you'll pick up damage, since you can't avoid clipping the poles with the wing tips and one or both of them will always be in contact with the fence when you're on the ground.

Also, you can't drive an RC Bandito under the gaps in the trackside fence, even though it looks like there is plenty of space. For some reason there's an invisible perimeter barrier around the track at ground level.

A Hydra landing would work good too.  😁

Serious;y though, a jet landing there would be cool to see.

Generally, from the roof of a police station.
