By downtown, where exactly?

 

But to be honest, as far as I remember they are set to spawn in any cycling lane, but they don't spawn everytime.

On second thoughts, I haven't saw any cyclist spawning in this Boulevard yet...but to be honest I haven't bothered to search for them in SP anyway.

 

Maybe I could force spawn them by riding a bike though. 

 

Side note: GTA Wikia says that this Boulevard starts from the beach and extends all the way to Mirror Park, it's quite a long stretch of road.

I didn´t know that the Dinka Jester spawns in freeroam ! in GTAO ! see the NPC driving it :

 

 

as you can see , I was in a crew session by myself and  I just logged in , like it wasn´t a leftover from a previous public session ! and it wasn´t my personal vehicle  either !

The other day happen to me exactly the same but with a Dukes, a black Dukes that LSC didnt allow me to storage.

I see the Dukes so often in freeroam , also the Blista, Warrener , Glendale , Panto , Pigalle ....

But I usually see npc driving Blista Jester Glendale Pigalle and dukes most of the time.

You can't store it because it was originally released online as an exclusive vehicle for certain players along with the Blista. I think for players who transferred characters from old gen consoles?

 

Eventhough they're purchasable by anyone now and still far below the $100k storage limit, the "exclusive" code remains and prevents you from storing or selling them.

Removing Wanted Level through Lester .....

 

While you're driving/flying a bus/Titan full of other players/crew mates and someone uses Lesters service to remove wanted level, you can count the number of passengers by watching your money/wanted level in the upper right.... for every passenger, the wanted stars will rise/fall/rise/fall......, so the game counts your passengers until its done.

Has there's been any proof that Lester is a pedo? I mean I know trevor called him Lester the molester but I think he did it as a way of taking the piss out of him. And the Lester has admitted of spying sorority girls which is college girls. I doubt he's a pedo. Even if he looks like one.

I've seen the occasional Jester around Vespucci, but they're incredibly rare compared to other DLC vehicles.

First time I saw it I thought it was another player waiting to ambush me (Bunker sale) using Ghost Organization, but then I remembered that I'm in a solo session. I saw it a few times at that same street.

 

Is it me or did the Jester start appearing after Arena War came out?

The Huntley S & Dukes too.

 

They usually appear in the areas between the Arena and the Docks.

For some reason, doing crate missions will increase the chances of it appearing.

If you take a Titan plane found parked at Sandy Shores airstrip and land it at Zancudo, you’ll get a wanted level. Not with any other plane though.

That ducking a vehicle makes the handling a lot worse. Yes, I have over 100 days of play time and just found this out - I guess I don't duck very often.

 

Also, similar to how you can use the original Oppressor for the longest jump event; flying into the air in your Scramjet (and probably Vigilante and Oppressor) then jumping out will count toward your "longest bail" score.

^This gets progressively worse the longer you duck.

 

I didnt expect/know that your car would be relocated to the bunker parking space if you drive your MOC with PV inside into the bunker.

 

I guess this might be a precaution or fix for a dupe glitch.

In Paleto Bay there's a warehouse with an accessible open room in the third story. You can only get there by flying onto the lower roof and climbing a ladder, and the police cannot get to you unless NOOSE squads rappel onto the roof next to you. Ground-level police will all run into a small fenced-off room under you with a gap where you can drop grenades on them. I hid there and shot helicopters until I had five stars, then I just waited until the police hit their spawn limit and dropped a grenade down the hole. $250 to kill the max number of spawned cops. Very satisfying to find this, having not known it existed for ~2570 hours.

Ooh f*ck is it still stored in there after though? I would really really not want my MOC PV to be removed. I would cry. It took a while to get it in..

Yeah I first knew this when I played pacific standard heist for the first time when it released.. Was playing with randoms and others were pinging me "Press X" on keyboard.. I was like why.. Then I saw that for the first time.. After that it was spamming X to do that weird dance in car...

 

And yeah when you are the one driving you drive straight.. Turning becomes really hard to do.. But I really liked the balance of how its when you are drunk and you duck in car.. Small things but well thought..
