When I drove through I was thinking where the hell am I. All areas with construction seem to be further in progress. Gotta love the small 'Unneeded' things R* does..

It's the one from the website. Last summer I went to that page, and followed on twitter. Shame it doesn't get updated anymore. I still wear my Kifflom shirt with pride though. I just noticed that Obey trunk thing too, last week. I also just noticed it's SUMMER and still no heists. I said it.

People need to explore more. I don't think this thread was ever supposed to be about landmarks on the map that you haven't seen before anyway.

I found out last night that you can no longer get into the cashiers section (stairwell or vault for that matter) of the bank on Vinewood Boulevard.

Mind you,I was having a huge shoot out with the police at the time but that never had anything to do with getting in before. Did they change this?

The NPCs do a lot of stuff like this! Listen to their phone calls and conversations they have.... Its amazing how R* has so much detail for some many random characters. It really is entertaining to just walk aboot and hear what they r doing and saying.

It's been in the game since release. The thread is called "Stuff you've only noticed now", not "Point out that things are old just because you've seen it before but somebody else has not".

I'm more shocked and awed that some haven't noticed that stuff yet. Again, this is the ONLINE board, and some haven't treaded through the SP portion. Which is where most of not all of my exploration took place.

Hopefully everyone has seen this reference to a Junior Murvin song. It appears in the game as Grumblin' Dub. Grumblin' Dub is done by the songs co writer Lee Perry, who owned a studio called BLACK ARK... I understand the Blue Ark thing now. I never check the wikia page, and if I did instead of exploring I would know this.

I don't feel like reading through 38 pages so maybe this has been posted before, but on some sections of the highway, the guardrails have end sections that can collapse in on themselves when you drive into them. You can also slide them back out by pushing them with your car. Just a little cool detail.

I found out that if you drive the Jet in first-person then you can become very accurate with the cannon.

There is a flag of SA, that reacts pretty accurately to the wind in game.

With the Patriotic wheel smoke colors, I found that you can make it so that you can have different wheels at a different color than the others. That is, when the left tire is red, the right tire is blue and so on. All you need to do is have one tire on grass or another material that won't trigger the smoke while the other is on such a material. Then do a burnout/doughnut and shift the car so both wheels are on pavement/sidewalk and ta-da! Only problem is that it only lasts a short time/distance, as both wheels get the smoke color reset if you stop producing smoke.

I notice this as well but it kinda sucks cause you cant see your landing gear and my buttons wore out so i sometimes accidentally activate it. they need to add something that says up or down in first person mode.
